This is because of the cache, If you inspect your site you will find all the CSS of your site is coming from the cache, You have to remove all the server, site cache and deactivate the server and site cache plugins and finally check your site after removing the browser cache, I am sure your issue will automatically solve. No, Sorry to say that but there is no Options for Instagram Share for now, Although I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

Sorry for the inconviniance, but while Login into the support system it does not ask for the purchase code but it asked for Email, Username and Password.
But while creating the support ticket, it requires some fields to fill properly and yes purchase code is one of them, as it is required because we have to verify it.
This is the default functionality of the support system, but we will try to improve it in future as per your suggested.
Hope to see this implementation on future release, note that is not a request. Although is better to have Instagram then Google +
