I have received the Stockholm theme for Christmas from my friend
I started using it now with the Gota theme for my website www.wearecheapthrills.co.uk . I love it and it’s all good, bar two problems that I’ve still not been able to figure out.
- my main page is mobile responsive but my 3 pages are not – the videos look huge and i can’t figure out why - at the bottom of my mai page it says no more posts and there are some tiny squares on the left

Once checking your site we can see that you are using 3rd party plugins which may interfere in themes functionality. So I would kindly ask you to disable all 3rd party plugins that you are using as well as you can build your content with our themes shortcodes such as video player for your videos https://www.screencast.com/t/SWIITGvnXUIh because our theme is fully responsive and you have a lot of options which you can set to suit your needs and we can not guaranty compatibility with 3rd party plugins.

You are using a code that is not part of our theme, probably why it is not responsive and it is displayed that way. https://www.screencast.com/t/MeKkkxxFO5You have built these pages with SiteOrigin page builder widget which does not come with our theme. As we said in our earlier reply you can use our themes shortcodes and WPBakery page builder plugin that comes with our theme.

Hi all,
I was happy to discover yesterday that you have created the Envato Market plugin to facilitate the theme updates.
So, yesterday, I have installed and activated the Envato Market on my theme and I used it to update my theme.
After updating my theme, some of my configurations have been deleted (top menu display settings and, hover color, background color, footer menu settings and display).
Most of the configurations came back today miraculously, but there are still some bugs, like when you click on the top menu: the pages dont charge.
How can I be sure all the configurations I have set before the activation of the Envato Market are all on ?

As well if you have made a backup of your theme please revert to the old version and try to update the theme and its plugins once again, either with Envato market plugin or through FTP.

Hi there, I am currently using Stockolm theme v5.1.8 (on WP 5.3.2) starting from demo 21 (https://stockholm21.select-themes.com/). In this demo boxed layout is disabled and rows in the pages are sometimes full-width and sometimes in grid. Everything was fine and the site layout ok, until I did a little change. In the ‘Select Title’ page section, I changed the ‘Show Title Area’ from ‘No’ to ‘Yes’, in order to see how the breadcrumps were displayed. As a consequance, the layout changed and a content_inner of 1100px was activated (without any manual action from my side). This could still be acceptable, even if I do not understand why the layout changes. The issue comes when – if I turn back the ‘Show Title Area’ from ‘Yes’ to ‘No’ – the content_inner stays and I do not know from where I can deactivate it.

Once we check we can see that on your other page you are using a Default page template in Page Attributes which will have the default grid of 1100width. https://www.screencast.com/t/wClOHsbmaDD So please change it to be Full Width in order to have your page be displayed to cover full width of the content.

Hello I have a question concerning GIFs. I have used GIFs as thumbnails in the past with earlier versions of the theme and it worked fine. They are still animated now on my site. But since I did an update of the theme 2 weeks ago I can’t get anymore GIFs as thumbnails to work. I know it has to do with the resizing of the uploaded images… but I can’t find how to deactivate that. Or how to get my GIFs to work as featured image. Can you help? Thanks

Once testing this on our end we did not have any issue uploading a gif at all. Everything is working perfectly fine so I would kindly ask you to check if you have the latest version of the theme and its plugin. I am saying this because it is possible that you missed updating Stockholm Core plugins.

Quick follow up question if you wouldn’t mind. Although now the Photography filter no longer shows on the homepage (great!), the projects/portfolios that belong under the photography filter still show (even though they’re assigned correctly in categories). What’s the correct way to also exclude those projects from showing up?

Love the template, it’s super flexible! But I can’t update the wp bakery plugin each time there’s upgrade. It’s extremely annoying!

I did update through Wordpress envato plugin. Plus, it also happens on another page (grafik template – also yours – and there were no theme updates to that one).
I have the theme for 2 years now so support expired and I can’t submit a ticket for it. I shouldn’t have to pay the support fee if the bundle wp bakery plugin gives me this error each time they upgrade.

You should know that WPBakery does come bundled within our theme and once our theme is updated, you will as well get the latest updates of the bundled plugins. You can read more about bundled plugins here. Stockholm theme does include the latest version of WPBakery plugin, so we are unsure which error you encounter, screenshots would be useful or at least your website URL to be able to check this on your end.

Hi,
after updating to version 5.2 I found a number of error messages in the new Stockholm dashboard: - PHP Post Max Size is 76M instead of 256 - PHP Max Input Vars is 4000 instead of 5000 - Max Upload Size is 64 MB instead of 128
I tried several ways to fix this externally, but with no success so far. Is there any way to fix this from within the theme? And if not – what’s the best way to fix it?

Lately I’ve had to manually login and update to 5.3 then to 5.3.1 and now I notice it hasn’t updated to 5.3.2 automatically – so have you guys come across anything like that regarding the theme?
