When I activate porto-child theme most settings in the “advaced” section of porto options are disappearing. Why? Is this a bug? How can I use child theme?

Regarding the customize options, It is not disappeared, you just hide it and you can easily take it back again, Now if you hover over Porto you will find (Theme Options) and (Advanced Options) right, So if you click on Theme Options it will take you to the Live Theme Options Panel as showing in this screenshot:

and under the Live Theme Options Panel, you will find all the Theme Options, and If you go to Advanced Options, you will find only a Couple of Options as showing in this screenshot:

that is all, the customize options are not disappeared but only changed its places, but if you do not like this you can simply change it to the old Theme Options by clicking on the old panel button as showing in this screenshot:

Then all of the Theme Options will again come back as old Theme Options and the Advanced Options will disappear as showing in this screenshot:

and now if you want the Live Theme Options back again then you can simply switch it by clicking on the Live options as showing in this screenshot:

In shop demo 12, im trying to put a link to open a store page in masonry items (images) but it didnt work In desktops just in movil devices.

First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress.

This is not the Theme issue but this is not working because of the on line wrong Custom CSS added in that Demo, You can simply remove it or add the below given CSS and the issue will solve.

Check products in this homepage: https://lunaticamilano.it. Why with iPhone or Apple devices i’ve an hole of 1 product at the beginning/end? From 27” Windows it’s ok but from iMac 27” it’s not. Same with same screen but different (Apple) device.

You are using 4.1.5 version of the Theme which is not compatible with the latest version of the WordPress and plugins, You have to update your Theme to the very latest version and also WordPress and also Plugins as well, I am sure your issue will solve.

Bug report: On the shop page product options for variable products freeze forever when disabling the settings in “Woocommerce >> Product Image & Zoom >> Enable Image Popup”. I’ve sent you an email about it.

I debugged your theme on a freshly installed wordpress. Ive sent you an email with details where the bug is but I only get an automated answer that this case was closed after 48h (what a joke seriously, you should change this support system to a more customer friendly one) Again, here is the faulty code on line 1996 in your woocommerce-theme.js file as I told you many times:

if (typeof links != 'undefined') {
    links[0].src = o_href;
    links[0].title = o_title;
}

The problem is that “links” will be empty and not undefined if the setting is turned off. Therefore the if statement will be entered and links[ 0 ].src will throw an error.

Woo Category Sidebar sometimes dos not show any filter widgets except the product category, filters like price, ratings, YITH ajax reset button etc are not displayed. It seems to happen randomly and I can not reproduce exactly how it happens, surely I did not install any new plugins, only changed some porto settings.

Hello. i have an issue with the porto theme. The problem is when I type the site url via the address bar the site displays ok. However, when i search for the site via google search and type keywords on the site in google search, clicking on the search results takes me to a scrambled version of the site. please how do i correct this?

This is not the Theme issue but your site SSL certificate issue.

If you can see properly in your site direct URL it is HTTP: acpumps-ng.com https://ibb.co/L1VDnhT

And when you Search your site via Keywords on Google it is showing the result as HTTPS: https://ibb.co/qBTGNxY

And when click on Searched site it takes to your site with HTTPS and the issues are showing on your site: https://ibb.co/qMdbrL2

1. Allow customers to create an account during checkout
2. Allow customers to create an account on the "My account" page

And finally check your site now after removing the browser cache.
