Hi there, I have a problem for a long time now. After saving settings in the custom CSS (under theme options) , the changed settings actually saved but it looks like the UI is hanging. It is released after 10 minutes and then I see in the apache error log that : Maximum execution time of 600 seconds exceeded. I don’t see any more errors in this logs. looking at the post request I see admin-ajax.php returns with 500 error. This only happens in the Custom CSS page, no where else. How do you thing I can debug it? Thanks.

, and if yes then please once check with deactivating all the third-party plugins and check your site, hope your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, and if this also does not solve your issue then please check with cache, you have to first flush your server cache and then deactivate it and then you have to remove your site cache and deactivate cache plugins and finally check your site after removing the browser cache

Have you Imported the products on your site from any third party site or mean? In shop 16 there is no Porto interactive banners used. Those parallax images are set in row backgrounds. And the menu also comes in default header of that shop demo 16 and managed with custom CSS so on your imported demo so many things are different in comparison with shop demo 16 content which impact overall layout of your site if we try to create shop 16 header and banners on your site.

, and it was 7 months old, So, Now, First please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins and WordPress if not then please update them first and then check and if yes then contact WPML support: https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/

Thank you for your advice but that is not a solution indeed, after deactivating the plugin it will work off-course, it means Porto theme is not compatible with the Yith WooCommerce plugin. And as you can see in the below link about an issue in the Porto theme. please refer below link

Hi I bought Porto theme for Site B. I was testing on this Porto theme on another website, Site A, that I was currently running a few months back. That website, Site A, was already on another theme (U**) I purchased on themeforest. Now that my new site, Site B is ready, I tried to upload the Porto theme there but was prompted it was already uploaded on my other website, Site A. The Porto theme however has long been deleted from Site A, as I was just testing the theme and having a look around at that time. How can I upload the Porto theme on my new website, Site B (which is the initial intended site)?

We have not tested that particular WooCommerce Extension with the Theme yet officially so we are unable to suggest you on it, If you want to use that plugin you can try it with the Theme but at your own risk as we do not provide our dedicated support for any of the third party plugin which we not tested officially, if that particular plugn built on proper WordPress rules then it surely have to work perfectly with the Theme.

Something strange is happening when i’m adding a new blogpost to my website.
- If I add a new post to the category “Events”, the page doesn’t work anymore (Error 500). - If I add the same post to one of the categories “Travel” or “News” there’s no Error 500, but the lay out of the posts in the grid is changing. The strange thing is that two styles are used interchangeably in one grid.
Note: I’ve made a page with an overview of 3 categories (Travel, Events and News). On this page I’ve added 3 grids among each other (Visual Composer » Poro Blog).
Note 2: There are 3 blog posts attached to the last grid. The first one has the “Grid Post Style » Hover Info 2”, and the last two is in the standard lay-out (with the “Read more”-button underneath)

When I activate porto-child theme most settings in the “advaced” section of porto options are disappearing. Why? Is this a bug? How can I use child theme?

Regarding the customize options, It is not disappeared, you just hide it and you can easily take it back again, Now if you hover over Porto you will find (Theme Options) and (Advanced Options) right, So if you click on Theme Options it will take you to the Live Theme Options Panel as showing in this screenshot:

and under the Live Theme Options Panel, you will find all the Theme Options, and If you go to Advanced Options, you will find only a Couple of Options as showing in this screenshot:

that is all, the customize options are not disappeared but only changed its places, but if you do not like this you can simply change it to the old Theme Options by clicking on the old panel button as showing in this screenshot:

Then all of the Theme Options will again come back as old Theme Options and the Advanced Options will disappear as showing in this screenshot:
