Hi there! Have been working a few years with this amazing theme! However, since one of the last updates the image grid may seem to have changed.

And the system has repeatedly has issues working over the last few weeks. Also, what is offensive about ” “Remote authentication failed: cannot sign in suspended user #XXXXXXXX !!!!”” I have paid for support, and could not log into the portal as it displayed a message stating that you had disabled my account?

Dear sirs, Whilst I apologise for my language, you can imagine my frustration when your support reply IGNORE COMPLETELY MY REQUEST – in such a way to ensure your support technician can close the issue. This has happened on several occasions.

Whilst I am sorry for some of my language, can you please highlight to the developers to RESPOND TO SUPPORT REQUESTS CORRECTLY.
On MANY occasions, I have sent a request in, only for the developer to answer in an totally incorrect manner, in the latest case COMPLETELY IGNORING MY REQUEST.
To be clear, here is my request, and the totally unacceptable response from your support person:
MY REQUEST Is there a way of reducing the pixel size of the images on Blog pages such as: https://kore.co.uk/aircraft-ready-ptr-tof-ms/The issue is that the Posts carousel we are using on the home page, at https://kore.co.uk/, despite having an image optimisation plugin installed, is delivering the full 1100px wide image, just reduced in size ! All other images on the website get scaled to the correct pixel sizes not matter what the size of the original.
The only other way I can think of, is to turn the Hide Feature image on each page, and put a smaller featured image on.
THE REPLY: Are you using a 3rd party plugin for the Post carousel or an addon that is not bundled with the theme? When it comes to 3rd party plugins, you have to understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. Of course, some compatibility issues might occur once in a while and there’s nothing we can do about that. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality. If you’re having issues with any other plugin you downloaded yourself, please refer to the author of the plugin or the team behind it.
So this support has IGNORED THE CONTENT OF MY REQUEST. I NEVER asked you to fix a third-party plugin, all I asked was if there was a way to reduce the pixel size of the Featured Image in Posts.
I would appreciate some feedback as to why this support person – Novica Vucicevic – whom I have complained about previously – has repeatedly responded with incorrect replies such as these?

Hi, I have the “side area” active and I have changed the icon with the unicode \f098 (phone), but when I resize the screen as a smarthphone, it change the icon with the hamburger bar, and if I change it in interactive mode on Chrome, it change also the hamburger menu icon! Hello there. Site has been working well for years, but with the new update all of our wide area images are now showing up at grid width, rather than the full width they have been at for years. How do we correct this, I do not see “Full Width” as an option in VC (bakery) like it used to be. We are on latest version of everything, including 6.1 version for the wp bakery plugin. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
Registering the theme in the dashboard area also seems to fail. I enter the key, add my email and it just hangs on “Please Wait..”

after updated my website i had a white screen of death.I know that the child theme is the problem, but i cant update the child theme, it is still on version 1.0.0. How i can update my child theme to 1.1. without losing my changes in it.
My parent theme is updated correctly on the newst version.

I now know, that the Problem comes from the header.php at the child-theme. The Error is: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function qode_loading_spinners() in wp-content/themes/stockholm-child/header.php:57
Maybe that help for a solution.

Hi, since a big part of the Stockholm theme moved to the stockholm_core plugin we have lost some customisations, we had before. How can I override the templates from the plugin so they do not get over ridden with an update? for example wp-content/plugins/stockholm-core/modules/shortcodes/shortcode-elements/portfolio-list/templates – can I place that in my child theme?

Hello, I need a little help. I am trying to place two buttons, one next to the other, at a fixed distance from each other. How can I? You can fully customize the appearance of the button in the text block.
We tested this in our local installation, and here’s the result https://prnt.sc/qsa54s. The space between them is the same on all devices, except on mobile, but it’s normal responsive behavior to switch to one column on mobile https://prnt.sc/qsa5z9.
