I’m sorry but we don’t provide free version of WPML. It’s a premium plugin and you have to buy it yourself. If you want to use some free multilingual plugin, you can use Polylang, as it’s also compatible with the theme. Thank you.

Hi, my site is not updated to Jupiter X, I see that the updates are only for those who have switched to the new version, while for the old theme there are no updates. You can still use Jupiter 6 theme. We provide updates and support for it. How to get its archive, read here: https://themes.artbees.net/docs/how-to-download-jupiter-v6-files/ . The last update for it was on September 2019 – 6.4.1 version https://themes.artbees.net/support/jupiter/release-notes/ . What version are you using?
If you want you can update to Jupiter X, but the theme settings need to be configured again as in Jupiter X, they were moved to Customizer. The content will be saved as Jupiter X has WPBakery and Jupiter Donut plugins which keep your content safe and the site won’t be broken after update. Thank you.

Is this statement by you still up to date: “It is not possible to have two menus at the same time in one page . We did not test Ubermenu with our theme, so we do not know if it will work ok or not. Thank you.” I need a horizontal menu and a vertical one, but no hamburger menu on desktop view. Both menus must be visible on all pages at the same time. Is that possible? Hamburger only on mobil view.

First it looks easy but the theme and hundred of plugins is a usability pain. Some of the templates cannot be modified without documentation, for example the listing plugin or dozens of jet plugins could be helpful but cluttering the configuration work… How many different plugin logic is good for jupiter?
Is there any possibility to get another jupiterX template loaded when I have already a JupiterX-Page? I tried everything to import another different single page within existing full package. No way… Even when sorted out not loading full package but with media. Strange
One more – can not find useful documentation anywhere. Webpage does lead to a forum not docs… Webloc format does not work – install ask for additional install of java… keep it.

To install a template and keep the current content, you need select “Content Import” option during the installation https://themes.artbees.net/docs/installing-a-template/ (it will import only new pages, the settings will remain yours). Do you want to install a template fully, including the Customizer settings? Note, in this case your current pages/posts, etc. will be deleted. Do you agree? If no, there is a workaround: you can export your current data via Tools > Export, install a template with “Full Import” option. When the template is installed, you can import your previous data back via Tools > Import > WordPress. Thank you.

You need to remove it manually from the core theme files and make sure the JS minification option is disabled in Jupiter -> Theme Options -> Advanced -> Speed Optimizations.

If you think that a couple of pictures and a few videos SO LOAD THE SITE, then you don’t understand anything about writing templates. Compare with Betheme – it works ideally with a minimal amount of modifications and loads quickly. You have many features, but they are not needed if the site loads slowly! Do projects for people! At the moment, I will have to bother with your topic manually to make candy out of shit. I am very angry and disappointed. Optimize your scripts, reduce code size! You see what your customers are missing!

It was reported to the developers and they will fix it as soon as possible in the theme update. The developers were reported regarding this issue and they are working on the code improvement. The theme performance will be better after each update. I checked your site with GTMetrix and according to their results https://gtmetrix.com/reports/worldvisa.pro/8KmCv2Nj , I recommend you to add Expires Headers code in the .htaccess file, reduce http requests, use some CDN like Cloudflare, serve scaled images.
On our demo we have the highest google page speed in the top sellers chart. Mobile 50%-65% (this can change based on traffic hits), Desktop 99%-100%

I bought this theme about a month ago and ended up using Jupiter instead of JupiterX for a new site because I was already familiar with WP Bakery (Visual Composer). The modified version of this plugin is amazing — so much better than the standard free and Pro versions. Please continue to update this plugin for new versions of Wordpress! I look forward to using this theme again if you do.
