Hey there! I wanted to use the update function within WP, but that did not work, so i uploaded the package manually. But the same thing happens when i want to update the plug-ins. It states that the package is empty?

Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look. I did do that before the site of my client went live. In the dashboard it states: Theme is registered. When I try the “check licenses” it states I do not have a license? Sent the key in the private message.

I have been using your themes for mostly all my project. I have been noticing for couple of months when i try updating your latest theme it says—there is a technical difficulties on the homepage then I have to go back to my default old one. What could be the cause of it?

With php 5 not being supported soon I have been updating my websites to 7+. However when I do this for my site that uses your theme it breaks the site? is your theme php 7 compatible?
When I upgrade to 7.3 I get:

yes, BeTheme is fully compatible with PHP 7.x of course. If you got any warning/errors after update, we recommend to remove theme files via ftp and upload the most recent version instead to make sure that all old/unnecessary files been removed.

Hi, I deregistered my licence to use it for another project instead. But the new registration will not work due to an error “Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on:....” I deregistered and even deletet the whole domain – but the error still occurs. Pls help !!

1. Within WPML plugin, you can translate Action Button into each language. To do this, you have to use String Translation add-on.
2. Within same add-on, you can translate texts on 404 page.

I cannot see a preview mode when editing a Column module. The Muffin Content editor has an HTML/code view only. How can I see a visual preview in the Column module ? What am I missing ?

Thanks, but I am trying to edit a BeTheme prebuilt website in visual mode.
Pre-built layouts were built with Muffin Builder tool which is much lighter, easier in use and faster. We did not built those demos with WP Bakery (previously known as Visual Composer) because it’s an additional plugin and in reference to right agreements, we can not force users to use 3rd party plugins. Also, for many users, Visual Composer just doesn’t work right because plugin is quite heavy and requires good hosting service.
So we are sorry but there is no visual editor for built-in pre-built websites.

seems like the images are wrong size been uploaded before theme installation and that’s why are not all the same size. In such case, we recommend to use Force Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.
