Sorry, I installed elementor for some more options. But even if I create a new line section does it make me insert any element? Something is missing? I’m using a port demo, but I don’t want to modify an existing element, but to create a new one. Thank you.

Sorry to say that but you can not change the position of the content in Pre-Built Layouts of the Single Product Page, Although, We proudly announce the latest feature in Porto WordPress called ”custom product layout builder”, First of all, you have to go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product, you will find a new page layout called ”Custom Layout”: https://pasteboard.co/IFTy89J.png , after selecting this, you have to enable product_layout post type in visual composer role manager: https://pasteboard.co/IFTz9YN.png , Then you have to go to the new Custom Post Type ”Product Layout” and add new Layout: https://pasteboard.co/IFTzEPi.png After that, you can now create new product layout using Visual Composer Backend / Frontend editor: https://pasteboard.co/IFTA2q8.png , now save it and again go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product and select that layout from there and save changes: https://pasteboard.co/IFTAuFF.png , It will work for you.

This is because of the wrong location of the po and mo files.
Always try to set/add the po files under wp-content/languages/themes it will not remove/override whenever you update the Theme.

If you are using Loco Translate plugin then locate it under wp-content/languages/loco/themes

Hi, after last update i am having issues with SSL certificate. I am getting mixed content on /wp-content/themes/porto/images/AjaxLoader.gif’. This content should also be served over HTTPS. The error comes on file wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp witch is loaded by wordpress, but points to an image that comes for porto theme files.

This is only possible by a trick, For that, Please edit your Member and set ”#” in External Link as showing in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/Yck3ZVc
And after that go to Porto >> Theme Options >> Member >> Member Archives and turn ON “Show External Link instead of Member Link” as showing in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/Yck3ZVc
This will turn OFF the Link and for showing the Image Open by cliking on Zoom Icon as showing in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/dJBR5Cc

And if you are using Child Theme with Customization Code/Files then please once check your site with activating the Parent-Theme as well and if you are already using the Parent-Theme then please once check with deactivating all the third-party plugins and check your site, hope your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, and if this also does not solve your issue then please check with cache, you have to first flush your server cache and then deactivate it and then you have to remove your site cache and deactivate cache plugins and finally check your site after removing the browser cache

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

I updated your theme today and had a lot of issues. Everything works fine until I install the plugin ‘porto-functionality’. The entire site crashes ‘There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’. I removed the plugin ‘porto-functionality’ and WordPress works fine but obviously Porto doesn’t without that plugin. I moved the site locally and went through the same process and the exact thing happened.
