The backgrounds of the headings of the blocks and widgets use an image. You can find the image under the demo folder where you can change it to your own image but keep the same name and size for optimal results.

The theme has been reworked in a good way to only load the css valid for that page. However my category pages 2/3/4/5 etc are all displaying blank even with a “PRO” template.

The tech news pro by default does not show breadcrumb as can be seen here: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_tech_news_pro/category/mobile/page/3/ I added the breadcrumbs using the composer but i cannot detect any issues with them. They work fine. I have just tested the pagination again and we cannot recreate the mentioned issue. No issues were found. It will need to be investigated on your site in particular but in order for us to do so, you will need to renew your theme support using this url: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support

for me it was corrupted. I redownloaded that cloud template 3x and each time gave the same result. I downloaded a few different category templates to try and they all worked properly. I went back and tried tech new pro category a 4th time and still gave the same result.

Seems there is an issue indeed, the row containing the post loop element is set to be hidden on pagination. Please edit the category template with the composer and un-check the option for the row https://prnt.sc/r8ukz7 Then the template should work fine. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hello, I have activate mobile theme but some time is loading responsive version instead of mobile theme. I use Listespeed plugin for cache. After I clear the cache the mobile version show up again.

The only tested and recommended cache plugin to use with our theme is wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ We have not tested litespeed so it could interfere with the mobile theme implementation.

Please use this guide and use the ftp method as it is the safest way to update: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ Simply delete the folder of the theme and copy over the new theme version folder. Then do not forget to update the theme plugins. it is a very important step in the update process. Access the “welcome” screen and press the update button and the automatic plugin update process will be initiated.

BUR REPORT: Noticed after the latest update 10.3 with the footer template [Might be a clash with the iframe facebook page widget]:
I activated the footer theme and for the first time placed the Facebook page plugin (https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/page-plugin/) in the footer using the HTML element. Though didn’t have any problem placing,working with it and saving it. Once I exited the composer, while trying to re-edit with the composer, it just kept on loading and the page looked like this for hours >> https://imgur.com/4Zx3zyU
Initially i thought its hung for some reason. But when I activated the footer in 2 more pages and then wasn’t able to enter them too with the same persistent loading screen.
Now I activated the footer from the theme panel globally and I couldn’t enter any page. But on deactivating, could enter the pages without the footer. So either its the footer or it’s the iframe facebook page plugin inside the footer which is causing it but please sort it out ASAP as am stuck.

IT’S DEFINITELY A PROBLEM WITH THE NEW FOOTER.
After entering TD composer from a page where footer was not activated- deleted the facebook iframe plugin from the footer, saved and tried re-entering the TD composer, it hung again. Since nothing else was changed-- the footer was the culprit.
So I trashed the footer template (I had used the Blank footer template) and now all is well again. When footer was promoted the most in the big update, didn’t see this coming.

The facebook iframe plugin was never tested with our theme so indeed it can be an incompatibility between the new footer implementation and this plugin. Unfortunately since it; snot a tested and recommended plugin, we cannot provide any fix for it. Am Sorry, but I think you read the comment in a hurry with a closed mindA Bogdan. It is the problem only of the Footer and not the facebook iframe…. it indeed is a problem of the Footer only…. as of now I have disabled the new Footer theme and working
BUG ALERT again. Am posting this again Bogdon- everything is fine with the new footer section till I exit the TD composer after using it, once you exit it, I cannot re-enter the TD composer again and keep seeing this hung page -> https://imgur.com/4Zx3zyU until you delete the footer template altogether… this is what I faced the entire day again and again with 5 footer templates including the blank one.. Hope it helps… Waiting for the next release for bugfix now.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all non theme plugins and then test the footer implementation again. I have just tested it again now but everything works properly. it could be one or more of your plugins affecting the proper functionality of the footer. If plugins are not the cause of the issue, meaning you disabled all non theme plugins and the issue is still there, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate.

Hi Bogdan, I tried disabling all nonessential plugins- bu the problem persists, so have sent an email to contact@tagdiv.com stating my problem with the footer template. Rather than other plugins affecting the template I feel the Templete is reacting with some plugin which I am not able to figure out. Tried everything. My tdcomposer load problem is very similar to what’s mentioned by @john_wilbanks later in the comments with frequent fatal errors. I also read the forum article links you mentioned regarding the fatal errors, but they are unrelated to this particular problem… and am using php 7.3. Regards, Dev

As I am aware that the preview issue for Unpublished article was supposed to get fixed in this version. However, I can see users are still complaining about the same issue. As discussed earlier, and greed as well, that preview before publishing is a critical element for serious business owners who are using your theme. Can you pls tell me if it’s fixed permanently ?
Also, users who are using V 10.2 need to replace all files with 10.3? Coz there Cloud template has many settings at the page level. Will those stay or needs to be done again?

That issue was fixed but this is a new one that cam up when using cloud templates only. It is another issue that affects the preview. We will release a dot revision as soon as possible. The settings will not get removed by deleting theme or plugin files. Settings are kept in the database.

- When using the “Header Cloud Templates”, the main menu loads slower than other sections of the website. When using the default Template (not cloud), there is no problem. Everything loads evenly.

I have just tested the big grids on mobile devices and we cannot detect any issues. Can you provide a few screenshots of what you are experiencing?
The slower loading is caused by the ajax more option that calculates the menu and makes it drop into a ‘more’ menu. If you disable this functionality the menu will load fast again. It is the calculation of the menu that needs to load.

That is only the preview in the the tagDiv Composer. Sometimes it can show wrong layouts in the live preview but save and reload the page. Sometimes the layout can produce such effects when changing rows and columns too often.

In the new version 10.13 the preview of the post does not work for new post, it only shows a blank screen, but it works in posts already published.
In this version I still receive two www. (the page is loaded twice) when visiting any page on the site, I am using Tech News PRO, but curiously the page is not called twice if I download, for example, the Tech News PRO single post, category or home. The problem only happens when I use Tech News PRO entirely.
I’m still waiting for more ARTICLE INLINE AD for the mobile version and AMP, since this should have come together with the desktop version, I hope you add the feature as soon as possible, since I don’t like putting ads on top, but I am obliged by few spaces available.

The preview works on posts that use the old post templates but now provides an error on cloud library templates. We will fix this soon with a dot revision.

on the second question, I do nothing, if I download the Tech News PRO demo it always loads the page twice (www. is loaded twice).
But if I download the templates individually from Tech News PRO, they work correctly without loading twice.
Tech News PRO is the only demo that does this, the others work normally.
This problem has been around since the PRO demo was released.

I am using the browser developer tool itself.
Check the two images, in both you can check that the page is called twice, the second time takes a second or more to load.

As I said, the problem happens only with the Tech News PRO demo, if downloading the template alone from each page works normally, other demos also work normally.

but there is something wrong, if you notice, even Google Adsense items are being loaded, how is the ad loaded from the site itself?
before version 10.3, only one more www was appearing, which was html-index, now the new version has increased even more, and everything indicates that they are items that didn’t even need to be there.
As I said, interestingly if you use any other demo or the same template with the individual pages, the pages do not show these www. more, just a www. is loaded as it should be with any page on the internet.

Resources are loaded from your site no matter the demo. Some demos have more resources than other, indeed as they have more complex elements than other. if you feel this demo loads too many resources, use one that has fewer elements. As for the ads, they do not come from the theme as the theme does not use any adsense ads by default. They are codes you added in the theme ad spots.

“Resources are loaded from your site in the matter the demo” OK and as you explain I download the individual template of the same demonstration for the pages and these resources that appear www. disappear?
They only appear if I use this demo in particular (Tech News PRO), if I download the individual pages of the same demo using the Cloud Template these www. never appear, just like downloading other demos these items also do not appear.
So there is probably something wrong and different between the Tech News Pro demo and the own templates available on the Cloud Template to download from the Tech News Pro itself.
I understand what you men but we I cannot recreate this on our end at all. i have installed that demo multiple times but no extra resources are getting loaded if I install the demo or simply import it’s homepage. Please create a development copy of your site using the wpstaging plugin and then provide access for us via contact@tagdiv.com so we can login and investigate.

Well that is a bummer because it could have been easy to just exclude. Having a lot of tags will be problematic to include.
All my social sharing buttons have suddenly dissapeared. In the Theme dashboard, under post settings and social sharing, the only button that appears is for ‘Naver’. There is no Facebook, Twitter, etc share buttons.

This time I have to praise you. The Pulses Pro demo makes a huge impression. The bugs are corrected and overall it’s great. But unfortunately you can still not disable the Starter Pack because the previously added articles display errors. Changing templates for several thousand articles separately is a gigantic job. How can I do it quickly?

Unfortunately if you set a template for each post in particular, you cannot bypass the template from the theme panel settings. There are now settings to either display the same post style for all categories or you can choose a template for all posts belonging to a particular category. We will try to add a reset button for all post templates in future updates but i cannot promise anything at the moment. I will bring this up in our next meeting and see if we can find a viable solution for this feature for future releases.
