You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in Theme Package OR You can download the latest plugin from here:

I have tried and tested it at my end with re-importing the same demo but finds the same issue, It means you are right, It is Importing the Demo but not with the latest content, So it is the issue, I am forwarding this issue to the development department for testing it and solving it with the upcoming update of the Theme so till that please be patience.

Hello, actually I’m not from wordpress and I would like to know what possibilities I would have with your theme for my architecture.

I’d like to have a first level collection like this.

Ex : “Clothing” page with only displayed sub collections (between 6 and 10 ex : T-Shirts, Hoodies), SEO text and maybe some products displayed.

Second level, ex: T-Shirts

I would like to have displayed the third level collections above (Ex: blue t-shirts, red t-shirts) with all the t-shirts displayed below.

Yes, you can Customize all the pages of your site using Porto WordPress Theme.

Sorry to say that but Related Product section is the default section you can turn it ON/OFF and change the Number of Column, Change Heading etc.. by using Theme Options but not directly by editing it.

My client is very interested in your theme for the creation of your online store, but he needs to have the product stock quantity field synchronized with the physical store’s product management software. He does not intend to synchronize all the product info, but only that when the product is sold in the physical store, the quantity of the product in stock is automatically updated on the website and vice versa. Is it possible to do this in Woocommerce? How could the website communicate with the existing pos / management software?

Sorry to say that but by default WooCommerce does not provides the functionality for integrating the site with a physical store or POS, You have to use any third party plugin for it, we have not tested any of the third party plugin with the Theme yet for this purpose so we are unable to suggest you for it, but the plugin built on proper WordPress and WooCommerce standards then it must have to work with Porto WordPress smoothly as well.

and you can change the Main Menu Items from Appearance >> Menu as showing in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/kJjKVZx

And you can create a new Menu and set it as Secondary Menu as showing in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/SQfN2Sm
and then use/set Secondary Menu Item under Header Builder at any place in the header as per your requirements as showing in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/x2kFxSX

This is the only possible way.

Hi, support reset my licence so I could use Porto on another site. I haven’t ever actually used it yet.

I have reinstalled porto and activated it successfully. My PHP meets all the proper criteria to install a demo.

However when I try and install both wpbakery and revolution slider plugins they fail. Is it because my support agreement has expired?

I also tried downloading from here https://sw-themes.com/activation/porto_wp/download/plugins.php?code= code ommitted but it says my code is not valid.
