I was having issues while installing demos in the local environment, that I needed for reference while designing a new website. I am planning to use my Avada license for it. I was told I have grandfathered support, being an old buyer. The support team did take a few days to identify that there’s some error happening while pulling the demos, they directed me to use an alternate method to pull the content. I hope this is ironed out – I’ve never faced this issue earlier – and I regularly use the demos and keep a watch for new updates, so my site is upto date. Avada is great otherwise – with new features being added, and being an old customer has helped me. Just hope the code is fixed for the demos in a future release. Thanks.

It would be difficult to assess for issues on local servers. We have tested this at our end in the same location and we were able to import the demos without any issues. However, we will test this further for most demos and if any issues are found, we will address them

Thanks Shaminder. I just hope this gets identified. I did my best to replicate the issue on the hosted services, where the issue was detected by your support team. No other complaints right now apart from demos not working, like they used to earlier.

Hello. Does your theme have a site-wide announcement banner option? (I have had this option on other themes and it’s something that woocommerce offers – but wanted to know if it’s available in the actual theme in the event this is not a store announcement.

I’m sorry but this could very well be a pre-sales question as well as it may be something someone may want to know BEFORE they purchase. I have another client who would like this same theme and I’d like to know before I purchase it whether or not it’s available. (This is something you would know without me having to submit a ticket as accessing my site would not be necessary for this).

I´m using Avada theme at one of my websites in a WordPress multisite-installtion (Wp 4.9.13). After update to Avada 6.2 (from 6.1.2, by FTP), doing all patches and update fusion core and fusion builder the website is white with error (replaced the server path partly with ”...”):

Updating Avada Theme seems to be very difficult. I bought some other themes on themeforest like bridge or total, of which the update procedure is really simple and with none of this problems.

We suggest you to please update your WordPress to the latest version first, it appears that you are using an older version of WordPress right now, also the error is related to a patch we have released time ago, please make sure that you have the patch properly applied after doing a WP update and the reinstalling Avada completely along with Fusion Core and Fusion Builder.

Updating Avada is not at all difficult, however it is important that you keep your WordPress updated as well and also apply any patches that are released after update, however in any case if you have any issues please open a support ticket and our team will gladly assist you.

hi. i bought three avada theme 2019. so i used one support ticket last year.

i have thought that i can use 2 remained support ticket later. so today, i inserted second code in the “Your Registered Purchase Codes” on “https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/”.

but your hamepage said to me that i already expired the day.

i think it is not fair. can i use 2 support ticket? I could have bought it later.

Hey there. I use all of “Thrive Themes” plugins except the Theme from Thrive. Do you know if there are any conflicts with Avada and the Plugins from Thrive Themes?

So now I have to create a token giving access to “View Your Envato Account Username, Download Your Purchased Items, List Purchases You’ve Made and Verify Purchases You’ve Made” to my client and any other people that manage the website in order to register the theme? Why on earth is that? Can I add the token in order to update the theme and then remove it until the next update and so on?

A token key is generated and used to register the theme, securely, to allow for theme and required plugin updates to be aggregated to the install. Once registered, do not deregister it by removing the token key, this defeats the intention behind the registration and will not notify you of updates etc.

There is zero personal information associated wth the token key.

Since the latest update the theme or any of its parts is adding a weird json faq Schema on custom taxonomies made for custom post types.

The thing is, when Fusion Core is deactivated things return to normal. This wasn’t happening in the previous update so please check this out.

I’m starting to get a bunch of Missing field “acceptedAnswer.text” errors on Search Console because of this, and that may be happening too to any other person using the updated version of Avada that was released a few days ago.

Rolling back to the previous version until it’s fixed.

Two more bugs found since updating to 6.2..

1) All fusion buttons in post and pages editor are black text on black background unless selected in which case they are still white text..

2) the Feature Image no longer works. You can click on it, you can select an image but it does nothing…

417602 patcher fixed this problem, but the same problem remains in search page.

All my updates are going smoothly for 7 Avada themed sites. Curious, think one day you will be able to multi update all the patches (7 came in overnight) with one click like Word Press offers for multiple plugin updates? Thanks!

Hello, I’ve been using the Events Calendar for a while, with no sidebar on event archives. After applying the latest Avada patches, an empty sidebar appeared now on the events archive. Am I the only one with this issue ? If not can you fix it ? Thx !

The patch is supposed to fix the sidebars for all the post types, please make sure that if you do not want to see them, you have disabled them from Theme Options, if you are still seeing the issue please open a support ticket and our team will gladly look into this for you.

Never needed to open a support since 2016. this my second website and it did exactly happened after patch and it was causing css probllem. I remove autoptimize plugin it worked and then i start to use litespeed and it does not work anymore. Yeah it is beacause of the plugin but there was not issue before until patch shows up. So Should i just not use the any 3th part plugin ? that’s your solution without support ticket ?

Hello and congratulations on 6.2 release and the new theme builder. I haven’t been using Avada for a while and the new builder looks very promising. However, I remember that I was disappointed for how Fusion Builder treats multi column layouts in a way that it was impossible to collapse 4 column layout to 1 column layout with 2 column layout in between (desktop 4, tablet 2, mobile 1). All multi column layouts built with Fusion Builder used to collapse to one column at one given point which wasn’t always ideal (typically for 4+ columns). Are there any changes planned in this regard? Also, are nested columns still treated as a special object without being able to create multiple levels of nesting?

Are there any plans in giving users more control on responsive layouts?

Yes there is, it is something that is in our developmnet queue. Historically, and because mobile viewports vary so much in terms of how much you can actually view on the screen, it is a design decision on our part to automatically have columns cascade as they do.
