Hi, I am facing an issue with a particular page, i.e. Tidy Masters – Contact.
The issue is that the subheader image is not appearing on the front end and when I login to the front end from my WordPress dashboard, the page doesn’t seem to load.
I have tried re-creating the page from scratch also, but still the same issue.

page speed has not to much with the theme itself and you can see check this yourself by opening https://tools.pingdom.com/#5c1728ea7ac00000 and is optimised for speed as much as possible.
There is many different factors that may has an impact on page speed like: heavy media (images, videos, etc.), poor hosting, internet connection between the place where your server is located and your current point, etc. So as you can see, there are many reasons which are independent of us. However, we have few suggestions to speed up your site:
- cache plugins like W3 Total Cache
- Content Delivery Network Services like MaxCDN
- Static CSS

I am moving my second licensed purchase to a live host from my local pc. I’ve deregistered only to find that it won’t register on my live host. I do not understand why I am “banned” from the support forum…I do not have any notification as to why. This isn’t good when I’m about to launch the website on a live server.

For about 5 years (read comments and search sticky sidebar) users request “sticky sidebar”. Already al lot of multipurpose themes (The7 for example)use this. Please, give us a ferm timing for implementing this option: 1 month, 6 months or never.

Just one more question, is the Shortcode In Menus plugin compatible with this theme? I tried it and it’s not working.
Please show us what you would like to do or try to explain more specific because we are not sure what do you mean.
I’m using a plugin called shortcut in menus (https://wordpress.org/plugins/shortcode-in-menus/) to display shortcuts in the top navigation menu. I’ve used this with other themes, but I can’t get it to work using this theme.
We did never tested this plugin with BeTheme so unfortunately we do not know what might be the reason, sorry.
