Is it possible to add entries from a custom field to the page that lists all portfolio iteams? I.E. I would like to list Month, Year for portfolio items both from the past and in the future. what you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don’t know how, you should contact with your web developer. The policy says:

I know it is a customization. I was hoping since I had purchased several licenses I may be able to get some guidance on where the file that controls that may be – I have searched the theme and can’t find a thing.
Sure, if you just want to know which file is responsible for portfolio items, you can find them under /includes/ folder. Any file with “portfolio” name is responsible for portfolio.
Thank you, I located the file. I can get the field contents to show up, but even though I am inserting them into the code within the H5 tag the title is in, the content shows up way above the title out of place. I have included a screenshot of the code and a screenshot of the result – any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there, I am in the process of moving a website across to our hosting – the theme was purchased by their current hosters, it is very out of date including WP Bakery Plug in, we are having issues updating to the current version – it shows the theme is registered but did not download the updated package successfully – we have tried a few times but it appears it is a licensing issue – I have the licence details – is it possible to move this purchase into my theme forest account so that I can deal directly with you to get this resolved for our client? as you can see, there is no “Purchased” label next to your nickname what means you did never bought this theme. If your client bought it, tell him to create account on support forum and post your questions there.

Hi there, yes that is correct, the person who built the site purchased the theme, how can I get his purchased licence transferred over to me, so that I can discuss theme update issues with you directly?

Can you explain me in which row the css changes will be load in the theme? i ask because since my last theme update the changes in the betheme > theme options > additional css have no effect. if i write this css code in the theme customizer it works.
you have expanded some of the theme in the past and I have not followed every change. Therefore I would be interested in whether there is now a possibility to change the height of the header area. i think it’s the ID= Top_bar (where the logo and the mobile menu is included)
at the moment the standard height is 61px and I would like to increase this to 70-80 px, whereby the hamburger menu, the search icon and the logo should remain horizontal in the middle (space from top and bottom the same) . or is there this option and i overlooked it?

if you refer to BeTheme > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section, this is the most right section to use custom css and it does work of course. according to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.

We saw your screenshot. However, we can not agree that slider wasn’t there. Slider, might not import if you did not followed the steps during demo import. We are pretty sure that you did not installed Slider Revolution before the demo installation and that’s why slider is missing now.
In such case, you should do the import once again but this time during the import, choose the slider only.

Is BeTheme ADA or WCAG friendly or compliant?

BeTheme has been made as friendly as possible for anyone. We use alternative texts for images, pick up colors carefully or used headers to structure content. However, it is pretty hard to say if theme is ADA or WCAG fully friendly or not because we noticed that some agree that theme is well written while some says there are still things missing. That’s why, we do always recommend to check yourself if theme has all features you are looking for. If something is missing, just send us private message and we do always add such suggestions on our “todo” list to add them while future updates.

Hi,
no, you are wrong. Support has nothing to with the theme or plugin updates. Those are lifetime and are independent of support.
Since version 20, all plugins can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section with just a click. But please make sure that your installation is registered with a proper purchase code.
According to theme, if currentversion is older than 20, you have to update it manually. The best way to do this is:
1. Go to your FTP and remove whole /betheme/ folder.
2. Later, download latest version from Themeforest, unpack and upload latest version via FTP as well.
Above 2 steps are all you have to do to update theme to it’s latest version.
Since now, you can easily do all future updates via Update to [version number] button which is just under the Be logo on the right side under BeTheme > Dashboard section.
