I am using the integrated WPBakery Contact Form on my Theme “Kalium”. It is working great, but where can I add some more fields, like phone, fax, and other special fields? And how can I change the formatting of the notification email? I noticed that the email sender is always Wordpress and not the persons email-address who filled out the form.

It would be better if you had used www.yoursite.com/staging to build the site and then when you finish the site move it to www.yoursite.com. Regular license is valid for one domain only as you can read on this article Theme licenses and activation.
I deleted your old license, so now you can activate your product in its final domain.
Note: If you still see the old domain on your Product Registration page (screenshot) please just press x button, then you activate your theme again.

We don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

Theme premium plugins (including Advanced Custom Fields PRO too) are updated in our server so Kalium users can update it without a problem from their Wordpress updates area.
This time we didn’t update the plugin because it creates a problem in the theme, we are working in a new update that will fix this problem and then you can update the plugin too.

Friday the “load more option” was working fine and after this weekend i can’t use the load more button on the portfolio page using the portfolio template anymore. There was no change from my side. Is there a update gone wrong? I am still building for my customer so can’t show the website

When trying to update I get the following error: “An error occurred while updating Advanced Custom Fields PRO: Update package not available.”
I have purchased the theme, but the support has expired. Does this affects this plug-in update?

Hey Guys, Have you any idea when you are introducing that top bar? You had said it would be coming as a feature but that was last year and I don’t see it yet. Any idea?
That’s great to hear. I am using your theme for my portfolio. is there a limit to the updates I get on the theme as the last update I can download from my account is from late last year.
Okay I have the most upto date version it was some of the plugins have new versions. But looking forward to the next version of Kalium any idea when you will be finished version testing? If you need any feedback on version issues/browser issues i can help. I do constant structured bug reports/feedback sessions for other devs for my own projects too.

the infinity scroll and auto reveal do not work.
in firefox debuger is the following error message: “TypeError: TweenMax.killDelayedCallsTo is not a function” (...kalium/assets/js/main.min.js?ver=2.9.4)
also not all Portfolios will be show under “all” and other categories. it is incomplete.

Are you talking about any of our live demos please? That problem happened because of Slider Revolution 6.2.1 and RS plugin released version 6.2.2 today that addresses this problem.
We have updated the plugin in our servers so our clients can update to the latest version too.

Please read this article: Portfolio doesn’t load all the projects, and I think that this will solve your problem.

yes, i don’t have purchase this theme. iam helped the website-owner. the website-owner had build this page with a annother developer. but this developer is not communicate with us. so we have only the Licenzcode in the Backend.
so we can’t start a ticket because we havn’t buy the theme. the developer had buy the theme. but we did not get the Lizenz-purchased-code. can i send you a mail?

As for the support, you can open tickets in the support system as long as you have a support pack active. You can log-in with the account that the theme was purchased or with purchase code (How to find “Purchase code”). Thanks!

Now we have the code. i will submit a ticket and then i get the following message: “Sorry, support for this Envato Market purchase code has expired. You will need to extend support or purchase a new license.”

That’s because for that license the free support (6 months) has expired and you cannot submit a ticket.

Can you please send us your site URL and Wordpress credentials on email? We need to investigate your problem and then get back to you with a possible solution.

We are in the testing stage of our header builder which will allow you to add any element on the left, right, top or bottom fo the menu so be patient for a little while and we will release the new big update with lots of features. I can’t give you a date for the update but hopefully the next week we will release it.

Yes, now it works properly.
Hi I have 2 issues, how can I resolve them ? 1. On ipad I can’t scroll to footer. It just go back to the last row of content when I scroll max. down. 2. On shop category/shop page I’ve loaded your demo content, and there is a problem that the text isn’t changing proportionaly. When the window is a bit smaller and the names of the product are longer it overlays on the price and add to cart button. I look at your bookstore demo and it’s not happening there.

2— Make sure that you have installed all the required theme plugins, for more info please read this article Kalium required plugins.
3— Make sure that you have installed Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin too and have deleted Advanced Custom Fields free plugins. Read this article Advanced Custom Fields 5.x .
4— If the problem is still happening then you should know that we don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

Hey there, I had a problem with the menu on mobile and WPML switcher language. The menu has “visibility: hidden and visibile” but the language switcher still worked when the menu was closed. So I added also display: none and block and I fixed the issue.

Hell, Loving this theme so far but my one issue is that my portfolio pages do not load. It will say “Page not found”. I have to have this site ready by Monday and cannot figure out why this is happening.
