Hi, I’m rebuilding my website using demo design https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/corporate20/#1. But not able to replace the Porto Logo even though I have changed the logo in Theme options many times. Could you please advice me the reason for this issue and why not able to replace Porto logo? (not able to see this logo in media folder and have not idea from where this image is coming) Some how managed to change logo at top main menu in desktop, but still automatically replacing with Porto logo in mobile view and Sticky header. Hello, please integrate all addons (Visual Composer, Ultimate VC, Slider Revolution) into your updates. It is very tedious if I have to update them manually on all pages :-(

The latest WP Bakery and Revolution Slider is already included in our last update of the Theme, and Regarding Ultimate Addon for Visual Composer, we have removed it from the Theme since last two+ years and we are not supporting it anymore, so if you want the latest plugin you can download it from here always:

And regarding integrating all the addons: This is not possible for now, but I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

All ThemeForest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (multisite installation does not matter though).

So regardless of a number of clients, the license works with a number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that, etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control over this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

And other Icons issue is because of the cache, Please first purge all sorts of server cache and then deactivate it till you are in the development process and then remove the site cache and deactivate all the cache plugins from your site and finally check your site after removing the browser cache.

Is it possible to install the theme without ftp server? I’m currently developing the website locally. The steps in the wizard Plugins and Demo require ftp server settings.

Good day. What ever setting i make in panel, in order to change the header that was made using a “Header builder” is not reflecting on the website. If i choose some other header layout, it is working fine, but on header builder it is not.

1. Porto WordPress is Compatible with Major multi-vendor plugins like Dokan, WC Vendors and Yith WooCommerce Multi-Vendor plugins, and Dokan MultiVendor plugin is also included in the Theme Package as well.

Sorry to say that but we have not tested YITH STRIPE CONNECT FOR WOOCOMMERCE plugin with the Theme so we are unable to suggest you on this, If you want you can try this at your own risk, and you will find all the third party compatible plugins list with the Theme confirmed from our end here:

2. So, you have to edit the ROW and then change the image from ROW setting Background as per your requirements.

The Speed of the site depends on the Images that have not been optimized and Compressed and because of JS and CSS has not been minified and because of the Server as well our Theme has no influence on the site speed infact Porto Comes with default Speed Optimization Wizard Option, you will find under Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard, So you have to use it and Minify the JS and CSS from there as well and use any third-party plugin for Compressing and Optimizing your site Images and also use server cache as well.

Basically the Speed of the site is something which can be achieved using Customization, So I only able to suggest you the tested solution, Please read and follow the instructions written in this article:
