Hey guys has there been any issues with the woocommerce square payment gateway plugin. we are hagin all sorts of issues with checkouts and coupons with Version 1 and Version 2 of the checkout pages. Version 1 , works but the format is terrible.any assistance will be appreciated.

What is happening is anytime the customer uses a coupon , Version 2 of the checkout, the three column, the payment options grey right out, like there should be another item to fulfill to make it selectable, but it never does.

When you switch to Version 1, single column, the formatting of the payment section, where you enter in the info, is not displaying correctly.

Sorry to say that but we have not tested those plugins with the Theme yet so we are unable to suggest you on it, Please contact the plugin author and ask plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme for you if you are facing the issue with those plugins.

If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme, then you have to contact our Customization team for paid Customization services.

If you Import it using Porto Studio then please check at the same page Custom CSS section if it applies using Custom CSS then you will find it under Custom CSS section and you can change it from there otherwise, you can check the elements setting or you can change it using Custom CSS !important.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 30/11/2019. According to the Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

I will try the installation of wordpress again and see if the problème will be resolved. I’m aware of the fact that the support period ended, my request wasn’t support, only to informe you that something is not working with the theme and if it is reolved.

And if you are using Child Theme with Customization Code/Files then please once check your site with activating the Parent-Theme as well and if you are already using the Parent-Theme then please once check with deactivating all the third-party plugins and check your site, hope your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, and if this also does not solve your issue then please check with cache, you have to first flush your server cache and then deactivate it and then you have to remove your site cache and deactivate cache plugins and finally check your site after removing the browser cache

Many of the Theme and also WooCommerce by default do not have this feature and there are thousands of sites which also does not have this functionality,

Please do not panic, As I told you this is not core feature of the Theme and WooCommerce, and this requires Customization for now.

WooCommerce has an official plugin for it but your theme also breaks that one. No panic here, but note that it has not to be a core feature of Porto nor it should require any customization. Please read the guidlines of wordpress/woocommerce and stay in line with them! That’s all you have to do, not that difficult…

WooCommerce has hundreds of extensions and there are thousands of WordPress plugins and this is not possible to compaitable the Theme with all the WooCommerce extensions and WordPress plugins, Is it make sense now?

Porto WordPress is fully compaitable with latest WooCommerce and the functionality you want is not the Core Theme Funtionality and this requires Customization.

This is the default functionality of the WooCommerce new version as it does not provide the option to set height for the product image. it automatically resizes the image based on its width you set.

And some of the product layouts are default Theme layouts with the huge size of images, those will only be altered via Customization, You can change the default layout setting using WooCommerce setting.

All ThemeForest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (multisite installation does not matter though).

So regardless of a number of clients, the license works with a number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that, etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control over this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

As you know that we have recently added the compaitability of the Elementor plugin with the Theme, So there is no pre-built Demo with Elementor plugin for now, All the Pre-Built Demo’s are made using WP Bakery plugin, So you can only Customize the Pre-Built Demo’s using WP Bakery plugin and if you want to use Elementor plugin then you have to start from Scratch.

But for your information, we are working on the upcoming Demo’s version, which you will find with the upcoming updates of the Theme and which will we built using Elementor plugins.

I’ve added the custom css to be able to change the mini cart icon, however when adding to the field mini cart icon this… porto-icon-bag-1 it has not changed the minicart icon on the front end. Can you advise what should be put in this field to make the change?

The custom minicart icon feature may not work with fontawesome icons, but work well with Porto icons. This issue will be fixed in next version.
