Hi! Ive always noticed when going to my site built with avada, the footer area always shows up first, on top, then the rest of the page renders including the slider after about 2-3 seconds. Is there a way to prevent this? Ive noticed it with a few demos and sites built on various hosting services as well,

The BOTTLES page does not show up on ipad or iphone. I have “responsive” turned OFF because I want the site to remain constant across all devices.

My apologies, as I said that depends on the type of query it is so, we are not sure about your query here, the Beers page comes up all fine and good on the iPad, please make sure that on your end you do not have it disabled from the Fusion Builder Visibility System, if not we will need to take a look at your site please to provide better and precise support.

For the “Person” element builder, when I attempt to change an existing picture or add a new picture that is 291×300 or larger, the picture is resized to 150×150. I cannot figure out why, as my existing pictures are 291×300. Why is this happening?

Yes, the image selected is 291×300. However, it re-adjusts to thumbnail size 150×150 within the element editor. I’ve tried with several different images that are all larger than 150×150.

Is it possible to put an embed code (for Upto Calendar) inside a tab element? I added the code in the content field of a tab but it just gets stripped out. I also used the code element in the tab but the same thing happens. What am I missing? Thanks!

The theme can not make use of the Gutenberg and Fusion builder together. We make use of standards practices mentioned in the WP codex to make use of the Fusion builder. Also, if any post type is not using the fusion builder, it can make use of the gutenberg editor

Hi I want to know if each authorization of Avada is bound to a domain? Or each Avada authorization can only be used for one domain, and can be used after changing the domain in the future?

The authorization is not bound to a domain but a single URL, that URL can change anytime, the only condition being that only 1 domain (URL) is using 1 unique license at a time, If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

I have installed the Charity demo. Can’t work out how to make the home page header background white so that it matches the sticky? So the effect when the home page loads should be exactly as when user scrolls down the page (ie. the same as the sticky). Thanks.

I’m using the portfolio function (travel demo) to show RV inventory. I’d like to have the image titles show either over the image itself, or on the rollover overlay (besides the icons). I’ve enabled Theme Options > Extras > Image Rollover Title, but no titles show up, not even the shorter ones. Is there some other way, either via CSS or editing the functions.php file?

Hello, I really like this theme and would like to purchase it, although I have never used your builder before. I am looking for a demo for a blog / magazine that deals with news, but among the many proposals I have not found a specific demo. Hello, there are many of us posting in the community forum about the Fusion Slider Bug – Home Page Slider Broken after the most recent patches were applied. I have multiple websites using Avada that have broken home page sliders now. I need to buy 3 more licences for new websites but first, I must be assured that you’re all working on this bug fix. No one is replying in the forums from Avada support. Please help!
To clarify, I’m using the Layer Slider on all my website’s home pages. After the latest patches, the “slider” setting on the home page keeps getting reset to “none”, and the sliders disappear.

Shaminder, I don’t need “help” with the fix inside my many websites. I need the correct fusion patch fix that should be available to all licensed themes. Then I can CLICK the update button for the fusion patch and it will be fixed. When is this going to be released into our installed themes?

On my site, the Avada license key is installed correctly. But when I update the Avada theme, I get the following message: “No update archive available.”.
It was not me who bought the theme on Themeforest so I cannot download the theme file and upload it via FTP.
