Hi there, Were having an issue with woo commerce, not saving address fields and cart is not updating. So we assume it’s a ajax/jquery issue or maybe still a server setting. On local all is working fine, so it looks like a server setting. But I really have no idea anymore, I checked all comments and checked permission of css, (777) no luck.

Do you have maybe an idea for me were to look? Thanks Mike

Sorry to say that but this is not possible to change it, because there is no option in the Theme for changing it, so it requires Customization.

Again no, Quick View works on Ajax and it takes time to take the Data and then Show it on Screen.

It works on Primary Color of the site, You have to change the Primary Color from Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin and it will affect that Loading Spinner Color as well.

That Email Form has been made using Contact Form 7 in the Pop-Up, and how to edit the Pop-Up, you can read all about it here:

This is not an issue but the Lazy Load issue, Please turn it OFF/Un-Check from Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard >> Lazy Load and click on compile button and finally check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore, and it is clearly written in Lazy Load section that:

Disable this option if you have any compatibility problems.

So, your site has compatibility problems with Lazy Load please do not use it.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 02/02/2020. According to the Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

For now sorry to say that but we do not have this functionality so it requires customization, although I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in Theme Package OR You can download the latest plugin from here:

And there is no need to activate or purchase the new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.
