Suddenly, the purchase buttons on the site have stopped appearing. When I check the options of the theme for the store it tells me that I have to have woocommerce installed, as if it didn’t detect it. In fact, I have switched to a general wordpress theme and all product buttons come out, but when I reinstall betheme I have no buttons ??? My client does nothing but claim it, what happens? Can you help me? Urgently!!! Regards

Thank you! One other question, for some reason breadcrumbs are not showing up in single products pages, I tried disabling all extra plugins, I removed all custom css, but still cant see the breadcrumbs, they work in all other pages.

Please send us link to product page privately as well and we will check what might be the reason.

Is there a way to show 2 products/columns in the mobile version (in shop, home page etc), instead of just 1? Its a lot of waste of space and its not intuitive at all when we have only 1 product in mobile, people need to slide down through tons of products to check the catalog.

I think have 3-4 licenses of this theme and I just realized that this is not in the options. Its crucial for a store to be able to adjust the mobile version, if this is not possible I will have to look on another theme unfortunately :( and i really like your theme.

Thanks, meanwhile i solved it by putting some html code in the top hook. The problem appeared on all pages if the default “woocommerce store notice” was activated. It may be helpful to investigate anyway.

Unfortunately we were unable to re-create this issue on our side thus we asked for the link to site where this happens so we can investigate further.

The “Be” favicon under my saved shortcut websites in Firefox (Mac) is impossible to remove. How in the world is that possible?

- I did go under Be Theme Options > general > favicon and changed it there, and also added the png for IOS - I did go under Appearance > Customize and uploaded all logos there - I did go in my ftp thing and manually remove and upload the correct favicon.

STILL, the “Be” favicon shows up but ONLY in my “saved websites” in the bar under where you put the domain url in Firefox on a mac computer.

Please tell me where I can go and change that. I haver had that problem before! Where is that hidden???

Hi,

to replace default favicon, all you have to do is set own under BeTheme Options > Global > General > Icon section. So, if you already did it but still have default icon saved in your browser, you have to clear browser’s cache.

Hello, I just installed my theme and while installing the required plugin Slider Revolution I get this message:

Sorry to say that, but your support and your service in case of local MAMP development in your registration process that ends in an cURL error 35 is far away from professional. A lot of webdev’s are working first on a local machine with MAMP and the only thing you say about this is “contact your hosting provider” what cals like a joke, we are our own provider in this case. And all other replies about this problem doesn’t help us.

You have a management tool to manage the licenses and url’s thats fine, but doesn’t help in case of register a theme. What you need is an online registration solution in case of ALL!!! MAMP local developers. I can not reconfigure my MAMP (with PHP 7.0.8) just to use your Theme to develop the page on a local computer.

As you see, there are so many of your clients have huge problems with the same case. We all looking for a solution.

because you are using BeTheme locally on MAMP (we understand it of course) we do not have an access to your local settings/configuration. For any server config (including local servers) are responsible their admins. The Item Support Policy says:

Authors are not required to support issues about your web hosting or server environment, or issues with the software you’ve got installed on your machine to use the item. Please check your ISP/web hosting provider or other software documentation that you’re trying to use to help solve your issues.

Despite above, we do always try to help our customers as much as possible. However, because your problem is related with local server, there is not to much we can do unless it is not online.

Thanks for your feedback. Of cause i think the problem is MAMP he didn’t allow to connect to your API from local. I think this could be a security thing.

For sure the problem is not the theme, what I see in the theme is great and an excellent work.

But for the most developers who build the website first on a local system it is difficult in that case. A switch to XAMPP is in the most cases not the option. So we have to move on a server on the internet and it works perfect with the registration. But if you work with child themes, with additional scss/css/js it is more easy to work local server.

But It is allright, its one or two steps more for us. I think it would be awesome for the future to have ay registration online somewhere in your registration tool where we can register the theme with our local host address, maybe with a control file that we can download, and save on the theme directory that tells the Registration on the BeTheme Dashboard that it is registered, something like this.

For now everything is cool (y)

Hi,

all pre-built layouts were built with Muffin Builder tool which is much lighter, easier in use and faster. We did not built those demos with WP Bakery (previously known as Visual Composer) or Elementor because it’s an additional plugin and in reference to right agreements, we can not force users to use 3rd party plugins. Also, for many users, Visual Composer and Elementor just doesn’t work right because plugin is quite heavy and requires much better hosting service than Muffin Builder.

Hello, I can’t register her theme to a new domain. I have unregistered it from my old installation of https://geeko.biz and deleted the theme folder in the /wp-content/themes directory. If I want to register it under a new domain it does not work. I always get the error message: Purchase code already used. “Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: geeko.biz”

Are you working on upgrading Muffin Builder to have seamless frontend page builder like Avada’s Fusion Builder plugin or X theme’s Cornerstone plugin? Right now muffin builder seems a little wonky to use since it’s so hard to visualize changes you’re making to the theme. I understand WPBakery plugin is included, but that doesn’t help when all the pre-built themes were made with Muffin Builder.

Logo size can be set under BeTheme Options > Global > Logo > Advanced section.

Hi there – I am planing to buy, but I need the function which I am not sure is included out of the box in your theme. I need a portfolio / gallery funciton. It should be like a portfolio grid, there should be a filter, user can filter different categories of items. But when the user click on the item, I want it to open the image in a lightbox in a large image size, and also show a caption / description of the image. In the lightbox, user should be able to click the left and right arrow to go through the different items.

Could you please let me know if all or part of this function can be achieved?

we do have both features, Gallery and Portfolio. If you would like to jump between featured images in portfolio (popup) same as gallery works, you can do this of course but please note that if you switch from project details to popup, you won’t be able to link same portfolio items to its detailed pages.

This provider has no good support at all. We do not get all of our topics downloaded, and it is not helping us at all. He says it’s cockis’ fault. We have offered that he shows us how to download the be topics with demos, but shows no interest. with repeated attempts we get ONLY 31.9 MB down from possible over 200MB. We also offered to download it and send it to us with transfer. they didn’t help us either. I am of the opinion that no new customers are welcome because with my opinion they will not be able to help the people with support. I think only the new customers will be tempted, but if they can’t download it, they won’t matter after the payment. Because of this, I would not recommend buying this product. They are good topics if you get it, but if not, then they are no longer important to this provider. we don’t get the money back either, supposedly over time, but that those who report every 4 weeks are not to blame. OK I would not buy it again. I will always give this opinion for further furums and evaluations, because nobody cares that I will be helped.

It is totally independent of us so we do not understand why you blame us for your issue with download.
