Thank you for your return but I think you have not understood my problem. The display is automatically set to 4 columns unless the preference of the user who will be managed by the cache as you told me. But the problem does not come from that but from the display. Indeed, the page often displays one product per line instead of 4, so there is an error in the display. I have looked and I think this is a transition problem with jquery.

There are some premium plugins that can achieve that. But we didn’t test the theme with any of them. Actually, our developer is finding a free solution for it. If it is not possible, we will try develop it for this theme.

1. At this moment, it is not compatible with Elementor. Our developer is working on it.
2. Yes, you can change the cart icon in the theme options panel.
3. Yes, you can. By default, the cart counter badge is disabled on mobile. You can enable it in the theme options panel.
4. At this moment, the theme doens’t have the built-in size guide system. But you can use any plugin for this feature.
5. Unfortunately, it’s is not support. Each variation can have one image only.
6. It is a default setting of WooCommerce. To enable VAT, you need to setup taxes in the settings of WooCommerce. You can check this documentation for more details:

I’ve noticed that after I updated to the latest theme version, when a user logs in instead of going to the “my-account” page he is redirected to the homepage without any notification. And if after the same user click again on the top right “user-icon” instead of redirecting him to the ”/my-account” page the site ask to login again and again, and if the user does it again the button “login” gets stuck loading forever… Instead if they manually go to /my-account it works…. something wrong with the login/register form…. can you help please? When you change the theme, you won’t lose any data of your website except theme options. But if your old theme is not coded good enough and contains too much data in the theme, it will affect to your website.
You should always backup your website when you change the theme/plugins.

Actually, this is a problem from the font manager of Kirki plugin. You can try to change the font to fix the problem. Then change it back to the font you want to use.

Actually, it is an update of the WooCommerce plugin. If you active othe themes, you will see the same result. In this update, WooCommerce will display the final price of products on the cart page.

Hi there, I think you misunderstood, sorry probably my explaining.
It turns out after some digging the issue is actually the scheduled prices on variation products are not working correctly.
They are not automatically updating and reverting back to full price after the end date has finished.
So hence why they were displaying incorrectly.
Any advice on what this could be?
By default, WooCommerce always check and update the price every 0h of the day. If the sale price of your product is not updated automatically, this scheduled funciton of WooCommerce may has problem. You should check the WooCommerce > Status firstly and make sure there is no error. Then you can switch the theme to the default to test if this is a problem of the theme. In this theme, we didn’t touch into the WooCommerce’s functions, so we think it could be a problem from plugins.
You can also open a topic on support forum of WooCommerce and report them about this problem, they may help you faster in this situation.

First of all fantastic theme. I would like to purchase it but before that I have identified a bug. It seems the search functionality is not working properly in your demo (in mobile and tablet views). For example, when I search “Duis” in your demo, the desktop version of your theme brings up only products, which is the correct result. But when I search “Duis” in mobile and tablet version it brings up everything (products, posts, pages, etc). Please note: by mobile and tablet version I mean the search option inside the hamburger menu.
I think the URL differs for both searches. For desktop, the format is like this: http://demo.uix.store/sober/?product_cat=&s=Duis&post_type=product
But for tablet and mobile versions, the format is like this: http://demo.uix.store/sober/?s=Duis
PS: I checked this with the use of chrome developer tools (inspect element). Please let me know if this will be fixed.

Thank you for your feedback. By default, the search on mobile and desktop version are different. But you can change it in the theme options. The seach on mobile/tablet will look for everything, but you can set it to look for product only.
Regarding your questions:
1. This theme doesn’t have the built-in social login. You can use plugins to add it to the login form.

3. This is a plugin related feature. We don’t add it to the theme. You need to install an additional plugin for it.
