The Images settings of the products are coming from WooCommerce, Please read the below-given articles:

This is the default functionality of the WooCommerce new version as it does not provide the option to set height for the product image. it automatically resizes the image based on its width you set.
And some of the product layouts are default Theme layouts with the huge size of images, those will only be altered via Customization, You can change the default layout setting using WooCommerce setting.

Please download the latest Theme Complete files from your Envato Account under Downloads, You will find the Zip file on your computer, Extract it, You will find Theme Files folder under it and you will find the porto.zip file under that folder, That is the actual Theme File, you have to Install it.
Hi, I can not add gap between columns on visual composer. I check the row option for gap but it is not usefull for the thing which I want to do. I would like to add images with title from down as category and I would like to set a background for every column. At the moment they are united and I would like to have a space/gap 10px. There is any CSS code that you suggest me? a.e. First column is blue and Second is red. they are united and the thing which I want to do is to add 10px space which would be the color of section/row background.

This is not an issue.
Porto uses the Bootstrap grid system so the column container has padding itself but the visual composer grid system column inner has padding.
If you want to use columns with background, you need to add another element with has background color in a column.

1. Things you should do first:
|. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

Hi Support – hope you’re well, When do we get a theme update actually packaged with the latest WP Bakery? I’m unable to update manually at the moment, we host internally and have staff off in isolation.

Hello! I’d like to ask, is there a way to change the search box on mobile menu with a third party one? I did that on header builder by adding the corresponding shortcode but I can’t find a way to do it on mobile menu, as I cant customize it. Thanks in advance!

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, There is no such Option in the Theme for changing this in Sidebar Menu Panel on mobile, This requires Customization.

First of all, please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins, If not then please update and check again and if yes then let me clear one thing.
We have recently added the latest Demo’s of Gutenberg and Elementor plugin in our latest update of the Theme, So if you are trying to Import the WP Bakery plugin Demo then please deactivate the Elementor plugin first and then try to Import the Demo and same as for Elementor Demo Import you have to deactivate the WP Bakery plugin, Otherwise, these both plugins will conflict with one another.

Porto Studio not working issue has been fixed now in the Theme.
It was our Dummy_Content_Server issue, When releasing an update of the Theme we always have to update the Dummy_Content_Server as well, but this time that has not been updated for some reason and that generates this issue, We have found the cause of the issue and updated it and now it is working fine, please check your sites after removing the browser cache, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

Please make sure that you are using the PHP version 7.0 or greater. This issue mostly occurs when your system requirements does not meet the latest Theme minimum requirements as given in the Theme Documentation here:

hello your porto studio functionality doesn’t work anymore. I click on the button but it is not loading anything even if i wait. I have seen comments from other users with the same issue but I have noticed that this issue exists on all installations of your theme on different websites and without changing anything (updates etc) all of a sudden it doesnt work. Before it stopped opening, i managed to get it to open but when i was trying to import something i was getting an error that it couldnt be imported for security reasons.
There was an error I briefly seen appearing about porto studio when I was trying to open pages but now it is not showing it anymore.
Is there an issue with porto studio?

I have tested it in deep and founds the issue, This is because of our dummy content server, Actually when we click on Porto Studio button it runs the Ajax Script to Pop Up that Demo content from our internal/dummy server and that is creating an issue, Ajax is conflicting there, I have confirmed from the development department on this as well and they claimed it and start working on it for solving it, So we will solve it with a new Theme update in a couple of day’s please be patience till that. Really sorry for the inconviniance and thanks for your understanding.

As, I told you there is no option for Multiple Rows in the same Column for Mega Menu you have to make it possible using Custom Code or you have to use any third party plugin for it which better meets your requirements.
