First of all, please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins, If not then please update and check again and if yes then let me clear one thing.
We have recently added the latest Demo’s of Gutenberg and Elementor plugin in our latest update of the Theme, So if you are trying to Import the WP Bakery plugin Demo then please deactivate the Elementor plugin first and then try to Import the Demo and same as for Elementor Demo Import you have to deactivate the WP Bakery plugin, Otherwise, these both plugins will conflict with one another.

I enabled the other plugins while installing and now it is ok. Thanks.
After the last update, the + button to open the lightbox with the product image on the single product page is not working enymore. Also, for variable products, the peek feature is showing all variation, even when they is out of stock.
For the last problem, I realized that the class for out of stock variations on the peek modal is missing disabled class.
Could you please provide a fix for that?

We are sorry that you faced some problems working with our theme. But our theme is one of the most optimized on the market. In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.
Porto Comes with default Speed Optimization Wizard Option, you will find under Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard, So you have to use it and Minify the JS and CSS from there as well and use any third-party plugin for Compressing and Optimizing your site Images and also use server cache as well.

Hi, I have allready create a page named “products” and I would like to show there all product categories with filters. Can you please tell me what block of wp bakery should I use in order to do it? I can not find any block which is for all categories expect one which is for one category as I can understand.

If you want to show all the product categories then you can use Porto Product Categories element and do not set any category in it, leave it blank as showing in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/qtKGfdVm
It will show all the product categories but you can not use the Filters with it, because Filters only work on Archive Shop/Categories pages, This is the default functionality of the WooCommerce.

Hi, I bought your theme back in 2019-01-07 , and the support is expired.
Last week I faced a problem on Bluehost server and I deleted all the files using FileZilla, and maybe I forgot to deactivate the theme, now I am not able to use the theme at all because of license issue, it there anyway if you can reset the Purchase code for me and destroy the old one, I really appreciate your support in advance.

Note: Tag search only works with live search and it shows the result if customers select/click on the product from live search dropdown suggestions only but not by clicking on the search icon or Press Enter, as this is the default Functionality of the Live Search.

Sorry to say that but we have not tested our Theme with AlidropShip plugin so we are unable to suggest you on it, If you want you can try this.
Porto WordPress is fully Compatible with Major multi-vendor plugins like Dokan, WC Vendors and Yith WooCommerce Multi-Vendor plugins and also the Dokan MultiVendor plugin is included in the Theme package as well.

I deactivated all third party plugins and check. It didn’t help, too. I don’t use any cache plugins on this site. It worked good before last theme update.
So I think you should advice me how to fix it without support extension.
Because is not my fault but rather problem with new Porto version

If that is the Porto issue then it should have not to work for me and all the other customers as well, but it is working fine at my end on my test site with very latest version of the Theme which makes clear that this is not the Theme issue.
Now, Please deactiavte all the third party plugins and check back again, If the issue will not solve then please take the complete backup of your site and remain all the third party plugins deactivated and share your site WP Admin Login details via our support system so we will check it for you.
Regarding Support Extension, This is Envato polciy and we, you and all the customers must have to follow it.
