automotive the issue – sorting isn’t working on the demo-page https://demo.kaliumtheme.com/automotive/cars/ – on the right side there is a sort field – high to low / low to high / and others… – first when i use – high to low – it works, but immediately afterwards i try to change the sort order again, nothing happens. PS: Additionally, I’ve made a localhost test of the automotive template, same behaviour with the sort functionality, with an additional product filter issue and page display, or in other words, when I use the product filter the listings of the product do not begin at the top of the page but somewhere in the middle. Another user already complained about this and I guess it has to do with the provided demo content and the xforwoocommerce product-filter-plugin. Please, I’m not in favor of buying an additional License or Support extension if default demo content is not working, not even on your online-demo-site, and, I really would appreciate to not see your standard – Please write a ticket blabla-reply., cause I would need to buy an additional License or Support extension to do that. I have added this issue to the fix list for the upcoming update which will be released this week, we’ll see what we can do about it.
Regarding the other part of the comment, we have NEVER pushed users to purchase a support license extension if the problem was theme related, here in the comments section anyone can write and also people who get the theme illegally so it is unfair to provide answers here for the users who already bought the theme.

Hello,
for several weeks now the portfolio item doesn’t save any changes to itself. It is impossible to embed a vimeo link or sometimes even pictures. Theme, WP and plugins are updated. Perhaps someone has the same issue and know the solution to this.
Unfortunately the fix you provided on your website in relation to the non-functional “show more” button doesn’t work but I changed the portfolio display to “per site” and get rid of the button.

Hi, I’m interested to buy this theme. However, most of my portfolio are videos, which I put in my youtube channel. My question is, can I embedded my youtube videos in the portfolio gallery? Do this theme support video gallery? Or if it’s not, do I need third party plugin to do it?

Embedding videos (YouTube, Vimeo or self-hosted) is possible, but they can’t be the cover of that portfolio item, so once you enter a portfolio item then you can add as many videos you want.

WPBakery Page Builder is required if you want to use any of our demos and want to split the site in columns and rows and use the theme elements, if you want a simple site with not many functions then you can use the theme with Gutenberg and skip WPBakery Page Builder.

I want to re-install my license again, but it says it is connected to another domain. Even though I disconnected it with te previous domain…

I need a hand, to fix the minimum grid for portfolio & grid in the team page. On mobile the theme sometimes goes to a single column with is not very cool in 2020 as far as everybody got big phones.
Is it possible the help me with the needed CSS ? In 2015 you helped me for that on my first website it was perfect, and I tried the apply the same code, but it didn’t work (I guess the theme changed a lot in 4 years)

It would be better if you had used www.yoursite.com/staging to build the site and then when you finish the site move it to www.yoursite.com. Regular license is valid for one domain only as you can read on this article Theme licenses and activation.
I deleted your old license, so now you can activate your product in its final domain.
Note: If you still see the old domain on your Product Registration page (screenshot) please just press x button, then you activate your theme again.

Hello! My portoflio layout has 3 items per rown (as I want) – http://mariezouharova.com/portfolio/
But when I get back to home page http://mariezouharova.com/ it switches to 4 items per row, and it shows just 12 items (instead of 13, which I currently have in my portfolio page) In Laborator I already set following options: Blog Settings> Masonry> Blog Options> 3 posts per row. But it is just doesnt react. I already tried to choose 1 post per row, or 2 posts per row, and it doesnt work neither. I also tried to reset all Theme settings and set it up again. Nothing.
Do you have any idea what the problem might be ? I really need my home page looks like my portfolio page.

Problem solved! I just changed HTML code in my WordPress Editor and added there “pagination_type=”endless” Now it works. Thank you!

Hi, is “WPML Blog” version enough to translate portfolio items? Or do I need “WPML CMS” Version? Does the portfolio then have lang-slugs in front of /portfolio like: /de/portfolio and /en/portfolio?

Hello, we are interested in your theme based on your bookstore skin you provide. What is your recommendation of how we can get a multivendor feature onto that? We need multiple Authors to get their own account and log in to upload their Book/ebook content. Any thoughts?

The Bookstore demo is built up only for a classic bookstore where you can add books from the admin area, regarding the multi-vendor feature you can check any WooCommerce plugin which does this but these plugins have not been officially tested with the theme so I cannot give you a proper answer.

Do you have any customers that use the bookstore version that we can contact to ask them how some of the features have been working for them. We have a handful of bookstore options to choose from and before we buy Kalium we want to make sure it would work for us…

We have many users who already use the Bookstore version of the theme but we cannot give you our user information to other users.
The theme works with WooCommerce shopping platform and the theme itself does not manage the shopping experience, which is completely managed by WooCommerce plugin, so if you have used WooCommerce previously you are already familiar with it.
