Hi there, whats going on with your license system? My client purchased for a new license and after 4 years we did the updates on a staging site. Therefore we needed to register the theme on the staging site. Now I uploaded the new theme to the live-site and I need to update the plugins, but there is a message that I have to deregister and delete the theme folder on the staging site. Both is done, but the message shows up! I am really upset, the site is hanging there only half way done!!! Need urgent solution. Thanks

I tried to change the icon to image reference in header-top-area.php and also header-top-bar-right.php but still just the icon shows, can you help? Just need a quick reference or CSS custom script.
What you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don’t know how, you should contact with your web developer. The policy says:

Files customization are not basic requirement and for such customisations is responsible your web developer only. We recommend to read Item Support Policy we have linked above.

It’s me developing the site but all references I have changed haven’t worked, yeah you have reference a change in the forum but it isn’t there anymore so must have been a file change with be theme since?
The file responsible for header, you will find under /includes/ folder. So if you are web developer, you have to do this on your own and later you will be responsible for those customisations.

is there a “best practice” for updating to the latest version from a very old v10.9? just flushing newest version via FTP destroys the design of the website. Especialy the menu and the font-size and color in body

if your current theme version is older than 20, you have to update it manually. The best way to do this is:
1. Go to your FTP and remove whole /betheme/ folder.
2. Later, download latest version from Themeforest, unpack and upload latest version via FTP as well.
Above 2 steps are all you have to do to update theme to it’s latest version.
Since now, you can easily do all future updates via Update to [version number] button which is just under the Be logo on the right side under BeTheme > Dashboard section.

Yeah nah that did not help at all unfortunately. • Background images gone (But still set in WP-bakery) • Menu destroyed completely • font sizes set to 1px even if its correctly set in Theme Settings • Body left aligned • and so on.
The site has some custom css. I copied it in to the new child theme. But the errors are pretty much not related to that.

But in IE 11, the Montserrat font for paragraphs and Comfortaa font for headings and buttons are not displayed. The font is set through the theme settings, how to fix it? Is there a way for the navigation arrows in single product pages (bottom ones) to navigate in the same category? I know in the General settings it says “excluding shop”, but i dont want people to navigate to a music product if they are checking necklaces. Let me know, thanks!

the only multi-language plugin we’ve tested 100% and we are sure about its compatibility is WPML. According to other plugins, we did never fully tested any other similar plugin so can not recommend any but as far as we knows, some users use plugins like Polylang and it does work for them.

YOAST SEO = INCOMPATIBLE. Well this sucks!!! How is this even possible??? This is ridiculous! Such a standard plugin that works with every theme I’ve ever used, but not the Be Theme??? I’m beyond upset!!! How can I use this theme if it might completely screw up the SEO on my already well established website??? OMG I’m really really really mad. Plus you guys don’t offer refunds, so basically I wasted 2 licenses. Great! That’s perfect!

Hi guys, before buy your theme i need an elucidation. I will build a portfolio website so there will be a lot of pages within which galleries. I need that after clicking an image is possible to use arrow to go forward and back. As in this page https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/pages/gallery
But my request is if is possible to show a text hover the images when mouse will be hover or otherwise at the top or bottom of every pic. As in this page https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/shortcodes/boxes-infographics/#photobox
The same text will be shown at the bottom after opening the image.

seems like you are looking for a combination of gallery, portfolio and something similar to photo box item. What you can do is use Portfolio items where you have activate title on hover but when you activate popup image on click for portfolio, you won’t be able to open portfolio items individually.

I did removed the image and reloaded even tho i tried with different image.
And i changed the category to test if other images fiting there but nothing still same so definitely something wrong with the block, please kindly help.

Hi, what is the ordering, when using navigation arrows in shop? It is neither a sorting of products in the woocommerce, nor a sort by date or name.
Is it possible to set it somewhere? It looks very random to me, if I click on next, there is not the next product as I suppose (A>B>C… or 23.4.2020 > 22.4.2020).

It seems like the update really messses up the colors on buttons. Text color on buttons are not working – even background colors. You really have a good theme but it seems like you are missing on some basics like button colors

In theme options /colors the selector does not show the field to set a custom HEX value (#FFF) any bug on the latest version of theme?

no, this is not a theme bug. Color fields are fine. We suggest to disable all 3rd party plugins because we are pretty sure that one of them is the culprit.
