Hi, I’ve seen you have released a new version. Thanks for that. But the Rev Slider and WP Bakery plugins are still old. Any chance to get those updated? Cheers.
Hello, @podactive,
You can download the latest plugins from this article and Install it on your site manually:

Awesome, thanks a lot!
Hi there, I really need help, I have an issue moving location with License number (the old site does not exist so cannot unregister it:(
I have opened an urgent ticket but still waiting, can anyone help me with my ticket please?
Our support for this theme has expired, but this is a license/registration issue, we can’t register the theme after relocating.
Hello, @whisper,
I have reset your purchase code, now you can use the same purchase code for registration of your theme.
Regards, P-THEMES.
I have Porto Version: 5.3 installed and now my site is “Not Secure” per google and as such my store is broken. I have verified that my SSL cert if fine and pkuins are not causing issues. Other themes fix the security. Is this a known bug?
Hello, @threeopus3,
Can you please make sure by going into WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and make sure that site URL is set there as HTTPs if you are using the SLL certificate on your site, and if not then please change your site URL as HTTPs from HTTP there and save changes and then check your site after removing the browser cache.
Otherwise, you can use this plugin as well: https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/
And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 13/11/2019. According to the Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.
Thanks for your understand.

This is not the issue but this has been set with wrong color on Demo as showing in the screenshot given below, we will Improve it on our Demo site soon.
Sorry to say that but we have not testing any booking plugin with the Theme yet, so you can try with anyone which better meets your requirements.

Hi
When I change the theme color on the CSS, after couple of days , it goes back to its original color! Can I change it from the admin panel without going to css? Also, why it will be changed after I edited the css? Thank you
Hello, @houssam_ballout,
You can change the color from Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin as per your requirements.
And the issue you are facing is just the cache issue nothing else, Please read and follow the instructions written in this article:
https://smartwave.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000612747--14-unable-to-change-color-settings-or-setting-from-theme-options-cache-problem
Hi,
How I change the Bg color of this only: https://prnt.sc/s9lv75
Also,
How can I change the colors of those items :\ https://prnt.sc/s9lvodI’m experience a problem where as soon as I set a page to the home page it adds a box under the content slider with 3 boxes, one for porto watches, one for deal promos and one for handbags – I deleted the row and content in wpbakery and it still show the 3 images/content no matter what I do. Hello,
If install the theme on localhost, this will not void the license for further use, when the website will move to a live server?
Hello, @khaydarov92,
First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress.
By default you can only use the single license of the Theme on the single site/domain only, whether it is test/live/local site, This is Envato Policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.
But you can use it for a testing purpose and then before deleting the testing site, Just you have to go to Porto >> Theme License and deactivate the Theme from there and then you will be able to activate the Theme on your Live site with the same purchase code.
Regards, P-THEMES.
Hello!
Your theme has a little design problem. Please, see img: https://i.ibb.co/PC91BXv/porto-30-04-2020.jpg
As you can see, sidebar toggle is displayed above main menu and because of that you can’t see the menu items. Since main menu is more important than toggle button, this is a problem.
How to show main menu above toggle?
Hello, @arturs4,
Sorry to say that but this is not the design issue, but this is how it works, that Menu style is not for sidebar toggle, You can use Sidebar Menu Pop Up for you side, OR you can change the position that Toogle Sidebar using Custom CSS.
And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 02/03/2016. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Hi we are trying to save work in the ‘Customize’ area but we get an error message saying it cannot be saved and to try again later. It keeps saying this. Why?
Hello, @empireart,
It turns out the issue is that trying to save changes in the Porto Theme Settings is triggering ModSec rule 300015 for some reason, which is an SQL injection protection rule, so you have to disable this rule server-wide until you are in the development process, as the ModSec rule that was getting triggered is one of the standard WHM/cPanel rules as of one of the newer versions, so more and more servers are going to have this rule enabled by default.
Im sorry I have no idea what you mean im not a developer. So what do I do to fix this problem?
Hello
Hi there my host added the code as you suggest but I still get the same error. This what they added : http://prnt.sc/sa4g4k
This is the error i get : http://prnt.sc/sa4guh . I cannot publish at all. Please assist ASAP

Hello, @grueter6,
These are coming from Ultimate Addon for WP Bakery Page Builder plugin, You have to Install the particular plugin and those options will appear on your site, You can download the particular plugin from this article:

Hi again, sorry but I can’t find this answer in the support forums.
I’m trying to hide a complete ‘Row’ from Mobile view using the following extra classes but it doesn’t work, is this right?
vc_hidden-lg vc_hidden-md vc_hidden-sm vc_hidden-xs
I’m looking to hide the complete ‘row’ not just the column using the ‘responsive’ settings.
Thank you!!
You’re Welcome!!!
Hi,
I would like to collapse the categories on mobile. I there a standard option build in to get this done? I would like to add tthe categories on the top of the product page on mobile, only just give the customer the option to see this, or else just collapse.
Thank you, Anique
Hello, @aniquedejong,
You can show your Sidebar as Toggle on Mobile by turning ON the option from Porto >> Theme Options >> General as showing in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/Lq2KJS8m
OR
If you want to show it at top on mobile version then please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check your site after removing the browser cache.
@media (max-width: 991px){
.column2-left-sidebar .main-content, .column2-left-sidebar .main-content{
-webkit-order: 2 !important;
order: 2 !important;
-ms-flex-order: 2 !important;
}
.left-sidebar, .right-sidebar {
padding-top: 80px !important;
}
}
Hi i am using Elementor, but when i build a custom header and i make the condition “site wide” it breaks the layout of my shop page (which is still the porto layout, simple filters in left sidebar option) and what happens is the products go full width and the left sidebar is all the way at the bottom after the entire grid of products.
Is there a setting somewhere that i am missing? I feel like the issue is that elementor is replacing the (porto) header sitewide which is removing needed code that is embeded inside the header that controls the layout of the shop page.
Any suggestions or help would be great. Thanks.
When I first installed the Porto theme 2 weeks ago, I imported the Shop #8 demo for WP Bakery. At the time, I wasn’t aware there was Elementor demo options. Once I realized there was, I had already customized the theme to my liking and didn’t want to start over again after importing another (elementor) demo. Anyway, everything has been working fine with the original wpbakery shop 8 demo import + some side pages being built with Elementor and I have had no issues but as soon as I try to set a global header in Elementor is destroys the sites layout.
If your solution is that I import an Elementor demo, is there anything I can do to keep my current “customizer” settings while still importing the Elementor demo? Also, once I import the Elementor demo, can I disable the wpbakery plugin since I won’t be using it anymore?
Thanks for your help
Hello, @JohnCorsner,
That is the actual problem, If you Import WP Bakery Demo and try to Implement Elementor on that Demo then it will mess up and vice versa.
Look first of all you need to understand somethings.
WP Bakery and Elementor both are different plugins and you can not use both at the same time or on each other content, They will conflict.
Now, If you Imported the WP bakery Demo and trying to use or edit the content with Elementor Demo then it will surely mess all the things.
You have to Import the Elementor Demo and then try to set the pages and content using Elementor Demo, you will not find a single issue.
The conclusion is, You can not use the Elementor plugin while using WP Bakery and Vice Versa.
Hope this make sense now.
Ok so i imported the Shop Demo 8 with Elementor, but when i deactivate the WP Bakery plugin, i get the “this theme requires wp bakery plugin please install now” notification on every single admin page. I close it out, but the next time a page loads on the admin section the notice is right back up.
I was under the impression that with Porto we can not use Elementor and WP Bakery at the same time. I know this, but if they can not be used at the same time, can you please tell me why WP Bakery has to be installed when i have installed the Elementor demo and the site is built with Elementor? Is there some sort of WP Bakery code still being used somewhere that the plugin has to be installed even when using Elementor?
What i am trying to achieve is i am trying to use Porto with Elementor, which i am doing, but now i want to uninstall WP Bakery because i dont need any more plugins installed that are not being used. Please tell me how to get rid of this admin page notice because as it is right now, either i keep WP Bakery installed and it slows down my site and its not even being used, or i uninstall it and i have to deal with that annoying notification at the top of every single page load.
Hello, @JohnCorsner,
Let me explain to you:
Here is the Screenshot:
We have recently added the latest Demo’s of Gutenberg and Elementor plugin in our latest update of the Theme, So if you are trying to Import the WP Bakery plugin Demo then please deactivate the Elementor plugin first and then try to Import the Demo and same as for Elementor Demo Import you have to deactivate the WP Bakery plugin, Otherwise, these both plugins will conflict with one another.
I hope it’s clear enough now, you can follow this video for Importing the Demo on your site:
https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/installation-video/
Hope this helps.
And obviously we have recently added the Elementor Demos with our last updates of the Theme so we have a lot of work to do with Elementor in our upcoming updates of the Theme, for now there are some hidden/default Theme settings which require WP Bakery to Import the Demo, but you can get rid of this by following the points listed above.
No i dont need help installing any demos or anything. Listen, i have installed the Elementor demo, i am using elementor, i have NO USE for WP Bakery ANYMORE as i am using the elementor demo. My question is, since i have no use for WP Bakery anymore, i want to uninstall the plugin. But everytime i deactivate it, it tells me the plugin is required. But you keep telling me that i cant use WP Bakery and Elementor at the same time, so how come i am using Elementor Demo and Elementor to build my pages but when i deactivate WP Bakery it is still telling me that the theme requires WP Bakery installed.
I want to get rid of this notice!
https://imgur.com/a/42U5LMSI am no longer using any part of WP Bakery, i am using Elementor Pro for 100% of my site. I installed one of the Elementor Demo themes when i installed Porto, so i dont understand why it is still telling me WP Bakery is required. I do not want this heavy resource plugin active and running on my site when it is no longer being used.
Hello, @JohnCorsner,
This is just the notification, you can ignore it, we will work on it with our future upcoming updates of the Theme.
Regards, P-THEMES.
I understand i can ignore it, but every time i close it out, it shows up the next time any page loads under the admin panel, and it is extremely annoying. Is there no way to hide it?
How to switch the position between “ADD TO WISHLIST” button and social share icons https://prnt.sc/s8agkn -> https://prnt.sc/s8ai18 Thank you so much!
Yes I did but result still the same. I also clear cash and restart browser. What I want is social icon first then “Add to wishlist” button. http://prnt.sc/s8qcfw http://prnt.sc/s8qcqd
Hi, Can I use both elementor and wpbakery page builder side by side.? Create new pages in elementor without affecting the old wpbakery pages.
Hello, @newsys,
Sorry to say that but no you can not.

Does this theme support a multistep checkout plugin? Could you tell which one?
Hello, @alvesgarcia,
First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress.
Sorry to say that but we have not tested any of the third-party plugins for multistep checkout purposes, so we are unable to suggest you on it If you want you can try anyone with the Theme which better meets your requirements.
