Same issue as “sdevroey” on almost all of my license.
Updating WPBakery Page Builder from 6.1 to 6.2 by the Betheme install plugins/update function is not possible ! Error : To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder (which is not possible as it is included in the theme)
I have update the Betheme till the latest version and have also a registered license. Can you please fix this? And also if i deactivate the plugin i will be able to update it.

Hello we were having the same issue as “sdevroey” being unable to update to the newest version of WPBakery Page Builder, we found that if we temporally deactivated the WPBakery Page Builder plugin we were then able to update it using the Betheme Install Plugins area. Is this something that is known if so is there a fix for it?

to be honest, we did not noticed anything like this. Already checked WPBakery Page Builder on our side and we are able to update plugin without deactivation. Please make sure your BeTheme license is registered correctly.

oh wow! seems like such an obvious feature to have. quite surprising its not included. would be ideal to include this as it would seem pointless to have a list feature without pagination of some sort. otherwise people have to use external plugins which defeats the whole purpose.

Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. this is image title and it is rendered by browser itself. It is also pretty important for SEO. But, if you don’t want it to appear on hover, you have to remove titles of all media under Media section in your WP dashboard.

Hi, This only happens on the pages made in Muffin Bilder your tool. When I create pages using wordpress or WpBakery it doesn’t happen. And for SEO it is different, this is not a description of the image but the name of the file. Can you check with your team any CSS commands or what file do I need to edit to remove this?
From our experience, title attribute of images do pretty good job for SEO. However, if you want to remove it, like we said above, please remove titles of media as this is the best way to get rid of them. Titles can not be removed with custom css but if you prefer to remove them all with coding, more details about it you will find on https://stackoverflow.com/questions/32390055/remove-image-title-when-hovering-using-css
It didn’t help me. As I said, it only happened when I edit the pages created in the Muffin bilder. Can you give me some css code to hide this? since version 20, all plugins can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section with just a click. But please make sure that your installation is registered with a proper purchase code.

Yes, I know that.. but the error comes when using the install plugins section on Betheme (activated and same problem on my 20+ other Betheme activated theme’s)

As i have on all my sites.. I have installed clean Wordpress latest version with your theme without plugins and it still gives this error when trying to upgrade

hi, guys i have an issue with my license,i did install to my demo domain and now i want to transfer from demo domain to main domain but i delete the demo and i have only main one and when i try to register with the main domain show me the error message(Purchase code already used. Is it possible, at the single product page, to have the gallery product photos on the left side instead of under the featured image?
Ideally the space that they would occupy on the left side, would be taken from the right column and not from the featured image size (title, price, description etc).
I hope you have some magic css code to help with that!
On another note, is it possible to add a video in the gallery product pages instead of just photos? I tried a couple plugins but they didnt really work, any recommendation would be great. Thanks!

I am trying to use Yith Infinite Scrolling but it does not seem to be compatible with your theme. I used …... body:not(.yinfs-custom-event) .pages as navigation selector from the shop pagination and .pages a.page-numbers ..........as next selector li.product and ul.products as item & content selector.
It seems that because there is no next arrow in the pagination, the loader is not pulling up the rest of the products. Is there another class I can use to replace the “next selector”? Yith as an example uses .woocommerce-pagination a.next – but i dont see a.next in your theme’s code. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I bought this template but i had a problem in my server about a hacking attack and need to change the server/domain. i export all website but now when i open the site all the betheme options that i had in wp-admin disapear. i copy the full database to the new server but all disapear. i had lots of customization things there and now i have my website broken… in witch place in the database the be options are saved?

for complete site migration, we suggest to use Duplicator plugin. It’s pretty easy in use, quite fast and migrate complete website with all settings, media, content, etc. However, please remember to de-register the license before moving the website and when it’s ready, register on a new location.
You won’t be able to find too much in database because data are encoded due to security reasons.

Yes, it is possible. Timeout for sliders you can set under BeTheme Options > Global > Sliders section. But to get rid of the arrows, you have to use custom css declaration. If you will provide us link to page where you have this carousel, we will give you such css.
I created a new instance on AWS and migrated my site/theme over to it but I am not able to de-register/register my theme on the new instance as it says that the product code is already being used. How to reset my license? Thank you!
Figured this out. Salow this will help you to if you happen to be checking the comments: go to http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/
enter your Envato login name and purchase code and you will see your theme with the option to de-register it. I was able to de-register and register again on my most current instance by using this. Hope this helps!
