hi … presale question: on a single wordpress installation, can I setup 2-3 different landings page with different design and css or must the single wordpress installation share universal theme settings? within single WP installation you can have to share theme settings/options. You can set up specific settings for individual pages of course but some settings are global what means they are the same for whole theme.

“Hello world” post is generated by WordPress automatically while WP installation and due to RSS and import functionality, can not be removed.
This pre-built website use Transparent header type what means that any content start from the very top of the page. So, if you use regular posts with this demo, please enable Intro header for post under Post Options.

1. You can easily manage subheader style under BeTheme Options > Header & Subheader > Subheader section.
2. Icon color comes from theme layout and if you want to change its color, you have to use custom css declaration:

If you refer to Slider Revolution, you can manage slides under Slider Revolution section in main WP dashboard on the left. The slides created under this section, you can later set up per specific pages under Page Options.

we did never tested above WooCommerce add-on so we can not tell you if it is compatible or not.
In reference to Elementor Pro plugin, we already finish recent corrections and next Monday, we are planning to release update fully compatible with Elementor Pro. We would like to make all necessary tests first and be sure that all is fine.

Updating the theme via autoupdate in the back-end is not possible: package empty. Uploaded it via FTP. But the plug-in add-ons cannot be updated either: package empty. not even when I remove the plug-in and try to install.

I did deregister after moving from development to live stage, as advised by you guys the last time. If i check my license now It states: No registered licenses for this purchase code and username, but as you can see i have the purchased tag next to my name. Will send a mail with all the details.

Updating WPBakery Page Builder from 6.1 to 6.2 by the Betheme install plugins/update function is not possible ! Error : To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder (which is not possible as it is included in the theme)
I have update the Betheme till the latest version and have also a registered license. Can you please fix this? And also if i deactivate the plugin i will be able to update it.

Hello we were having the same issue as “sdevroey” being unable to update to the newest version of WPBakery Page Builder, we found that if we temporally deactivated the WPBakery Page Builder plugin we were then able to update it using the Betheme Install Plugins area. Is this something that is known if so is there a fix for it?

oh wow! seems like such an obvious feature to have. quite surprising its not included. would be ideal to include this as it would seem pointless to have a list feature without pagination of some sort. otherwise people have to use external plugins which defeats the whole purpose.
You are the first person asking for this, thus it wasn’t even on our “to do” list We will consider it while future updates of course.

this is image title and it is rendered by browser itself. It is also pretty important for SEO. But, if you don’t want it to appear on hover, you have to remove titles of all media under Media section in your WP dashboard.

Hi, This only happens on the pages made in Muffin Bilder your tool. When I create pages using wordpress or WpBakery it doesn’t happen. And for SEO it is different, this is not a description of the image but the name of the file. Can you check with your team any CSS commands or what file do I need to edit to remove this?
From our experience, title attribute of images do pretty good job for SEO. However, if you want to remove it, like we said above, please remove titles of media as this is the best way to get rid of them. Titles can not be removed with custom css but if you prefer to remove them all with coding, more details about it you will find on https://stackoverflow.com/questions/32390055/remove-image-title-when-hovering-using-css
It didn’t help me. As I said, it only happened when I edit the pages created in the Muffin bilder. Can you give me some css code to hide this? since version 20, all plugins can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section with just a click. But please make sure that your installation is registered with a proper purchase code.

Yes, I know that.. but the error comes when using the install plugins section on Betheme (activated and same problem on my 20+ other Betheme activated theme’s)

Is it possible, at the single product page, to have the gallery product photos on the left side instead of under the featured image?
Ideally the space that they would occupy on the left side, would be taken from the right column and not from the featured image size (title, price, description etc).
I hope you have some magic css code to help with that!
On another note, is it possible to add a video in the gallery product pages instead of just photos? I tried a couple plugins but they didnt really work, any recommendation would be great. Thanks!
