Hello. I am interested in purchasing your theme, but I have question first. Will I be able to import demo site/content, and update it using WPbakery page builder? I assumed this is standard feature for all themes using WPbakery, but I am finding out some themes do not allow this because their demo sites weren’t created using WPbakery. Please let me know. all pre-built layouts included into Be, were built with Muffin Builder tool which is much lighter, easier in use and faster. We did not built those demos with WPBakery Page Builder (previously known as Visual Composer) or Elementor because these are an additional plugins and in reference to license agreements, we can not force users to use 3rd party plugins. Also, for many users, WPBakery Page Builder and Elementor are too demanding because of hosting services requirements.

each pre-built website has own layout configuration thus it is impossible to import different sections from different demos. However, you can create extra WordPress installation under sub-domain where you can import demos you are interested with and this way, you can learn how things been done and works.

Yes, you can import the demo you like under sub-domain and later, you can export specific sections you like.

Hi guys, we are supporting a website built by another agency using your theme and can’t update the theme automatically from the wordpress updates screen. I tried to create a support account but since we did not purchase the theme originally, I don’t have a license code. The customer doesn’t have it either. I am trying to avoid having to buy the license since the agency that built it would have bought it already, is there a way to resolve this?

I uploaded the logo and everything was displayed properly, after a couple of changes on the home page, the logo suddenly disappeared even though it is displayed in the settings and in the sticky, it just doesn’t show up on the home page. What is the problem ?

I am making a website using your BeTheme(Navigation). I am working on the last page and I am having some issues with something.

I can’t add more content to this page. When I do that it is not working properly.
I duplicated the content area 3 times which you can see in the first screenshot but it looks like in the second screenshot. You can see the first column and the second one without buttons and no the third column.
Please help me to fix this problem or let me know how I can fix it.
I am not sure if it is coming from my mistake and any bugs coming from the theme.

BeTheme page speed has been optimised as much as possible. Please note this is WordPress so it won’t never be as fast as plain html. Also, included plugins like Slider Revolution decrease page speed a lot.
From our side, everything been done to decrease page speed as much as possible. Furthermore, Pingdom has changed few things and now scores are different than in the past. If you also look at https://prnt.sc/skdelp you will see that load time is 722ms what is very good result for WordPress theme.

I recently purchased Betheme with the 12 month supoert extension. I had some difficulties to install it, but I really can, but I have another big problem here and I don’t know if it’s because of my browser, or the new host services I requested, but on the Betheme panel he shows me and me asks to change “PHP Max Input Vars” which is at 3000, and the theme suggests me to increase it by at least 5000. I am racking my brain about how to make this change, in some tutorials I saw that I need to change this information in a php.ini file , but apparently there is no such file in the Database or in my FTP. But today I took a look at my CPanel and saw a function that supposedly could do this edition, however, from what I see PHP Max Input Vars is already in 5000 and yet, when updating the page on my WP panel I still feel that I need to make this change. I don’t know if it is due to this, but I notice an immense slowness when processing the page of the adm panel of my WP, that is, it is very time consuming and difficult to do any type of editing on my website. I’m using BeTheme’s “Digital” template. What can I do to solve this problem ??

I managed to solve this problem of “PHP Max Input Vars”, which means that it will no longer be necessary to send access to my WP admin panel. But I want to take this topic to answer another question:
As I said before, I recently bought Betheme here with the support license for 12 months, I am redesigning my website / portfolio with Betheme’s DIGITAL template, which was the same one I used before I updated thema. On the portfolio pages, when uploading the images that I have already created, before I always used them in the measurements of 1754×986px, so that each image can cover the entire screen, below the revolution slide. I don’t know if you will be able to understand my explanation, as I am using Muffin Builder and using the image block. Before it was correctly covering the entire screen (full width), but now it is no longer and I have tried in various ways to resize the image measurements to emk 1920×1080px, but it is not, that is, there is always a surplus on the sides. How can I solve this? Would it be possible to send you some attached prints for you to understand better?

2. We have an option to set individual/custom menu for mobile devices. This could be done under BeTheme Options > Responsive > Header > Menu section. Please note, this is the only option we have to set different mobile when responsive.

logo size depends on you only because theme resize it to the size that is necessary for specific header style. However, please remember that the larger logo size is, the slower site loads.
According to the copyright in footer, you can replace default copyright with own by typing own content into BeTheme Options > Footer section.

I bought today (Purchase Date: 2020-05-17 21:20:33 UTC) a BeTheme – Responsive Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme (Item ID: 7758048), and I start to work with the theme, I activate the theme in my hosting in iparkconsulting.com/abrus and put the purchase code, but my php in this hosting my php is 5.6, and the them required 7.0 or more, so, I deregistered the theme, and remove the folder abrus , and install again the wordpress in other hosting with php 7 and try to install again the theme, but when I put the purchase code, I have this message “Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: iparkconsulting.com”, but I deregister purchase code and remove the folder, so please I need your help, what can I do
