We have a problem with side header (header building) who is all white but ONLY ON iMac. It’s seem like the style is not loading correctly. On other device we have no problem. We deleted browser cache and we disabled all plugin but the problem is still here.

Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in solving your issues, Otherwise, remain all the third party plugin deactivated and share your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site.
|. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

Yes, you can do it you just have to trasfer the license after migrating your site from test site to Live site. After purchasing the Theme, contact us so we will let you know how you will transfer the license.

This is because of the cache, please remove your server cache and then deactivate it and then remove site cache and deactivate the cache plugins including FVM plugin as well and finally check your site after removing the browser cache, OR please read and follow the instructions written in the below-given articles:

I have it configured that way. Inside the Blocks it looks normal to full width. But on the outside in Shop it looks 50%.
It seems to me that it is a bug or incompatibility with Elementor 2.9.8.

How to add contact form in Sub Header with BreadCrumbs ?

You can not use the Contact Form with Breadcrumbs as there is no such option in the Theme for it but you can use the Contact Form at the very top just after Header using the HTML Block option.
First go to Contact Form and create a new contact Form and copy the HTML code of that Contact Form as showing below:
And then go to Porto >> Theme Options >> General >> HTML Block and paste the code there in any section as per your requirements, save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.

I am sorry I do not have the exact timeframe for it, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

Nice theme. I am getting the notice that a new version is available and I can update the theme. When I go through the wizard, there is a step that I should import the demo pages. First of all, please take the complete backup of your site before doing anything, because if something went wrong then you will have your site back up and you just have to run that backup.
Now, please download the latest Theme Files of the Theme from Envato >> Downloads after Logging into your Envato account and then extract that package into your computer and you will find Theme Files folder and under it, you will find porto.zip file, this is the actual Theme file.
After that follow the instructions written in this article:
