This is purely the server issue already explained in the above-given articles, and regarding resources consumed this may be because of your site any third party plugins, not because of the Theme, There are hundreds of thousands of customers using the Theme no one report the issue, So if your hosting provider does not want to help you then try any other hosting.

I have created brand new main menu items with sub-menus. Sub-menus are not aligned with the main menu item. Its little bit shifted to left from the main menu item. How can I make it aligned with the main menu item?

1. Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check your site after removing the browser cache.

2. That header has been made using Header Builder, and you can achieve it using Top Menu element under Header Builder.
First, you have to go to Porto >> Theme Options >> Menu and set the Login/Register as to Show in Top Menu as showing below:
And then go to Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header Type >> Header Builder and set the Top Menu element beside Search element as showing below:

Hello, by mistake i skipped the installation of the Contact 7 plugin, so i dont have the forms imported. My website is 98% finished, can i run the setup wizard for only installing the Contact 7 plugin and importing the forms included in the demo site?

Let me explain you how it works.
You can simply go to Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Demo Content and click on the Demo, Now click on details and un-check override existing content as showing below:
This will Import the Demo for you on your site but will not override your old/existing content which you have on your site, example pages/posts/products/custom-post-types etc… and vice versa if you check it before importing the Demo content.
But please keep in mind if you un-check that option this will also make your site Demo Menu/Demo Pages/Demo Posts/Demo Products duplicated as well.

While adding products, the youtube iframe codes that I added to the “Custom Tab Content” field are deleted. Iframe codes appear in the admin section, but not on the site.

Yes, you can not directly put the embedded code to Custom Tabs, You have to do the following:
1. Go to Blocks and create a new block and copy and paste the embeded Code in it as showing below:
2. Now copy the Block slug name as showing below:
3. Now create a test page and use Porto Block element in it, and then paste the copied block slug name in Porto Block as showing below:
4. Now, finally, copy the code of that Porto Block and Paste it into the Custom Product Tab as showing below, It will work for you.

We have a problem with side header (header building) who is all white but ONLY ON iMac. It’s seem like the style is not loading correctly. On other device we have no problem. We deleted browser cache and we disabled all plugin but the problem is still here.

|. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)

This is because of the cache, please remove your server cache and then deactivate it and then remove site cache and deactivate the cache plugins including FVM plugin as well and finally check your site after removing the browser cache, OR please read and follow the instructions written in the below-given articles:

I have it configured that way. Inside the Blocks it looks normal to full width. But on the outside in Shop it looks 50%.

How to add contact form in Sub Header with BreadCrumbs ?

You can not use the Contact Form with Breadcrumbs as there is no such option in the Theme for it but you can use the Contact Form at the very top just after Header using the HTML Block option.
First go to Contact Form and create a new contact Form and copy the HTML code of that Contact Form as showing below:
And then go to Porto >> Theme Options >> General >> HTML Block and paste the code there in any section as per your requirements, save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.

I am sorry I do not have the exact timeframe for it, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.
