How can I (or you) change social media icon for Medium.com? I’m running latest version of theme but medium.com logo still old one.

How do I unregister a site if I let the site go? I used the theme a couple years ago but have since deactivated it and the hosting – so nothing exist but the product key is still registered to that site libertycredit.repair?

for complete site migration, we strongly recommend to use Duplicator plugin. It’s pretty easy in use, quite fast and migrate complete website with its all settings, media, content, etc.
However, please remember to de-register the license before moving the website and when it’s ready, register on a new location.
License, can be easily de-registered under BeTheme > Dashboard section. All you have to do, is click on Deregister Theme button. Anticipating the question, you won’t lose any settings or content due to license de-registration.

Google Analytics code should be pasted into BeTheme Options > SEO > Google | Analytics field. It would connect your site with GA and all data about visits, etc would be available in your Google Analytic’s panel.

If you ask about Muffin Builder migration to Elementor, this can not be done with something like magic button. This is technically impossible. To migrate content from one builder to another, you have to do it manually.

Hi! I am interested in your theme but before purchase I need to know a few things: 1º.- Is it possible to add shortcodes or something like that in every pre desingned website? For example, choose one desing and customized it. 2º.- On the “team section” is possible to put a random order of the team, I mean, That the order of the team members changes every time I reflesh the page.

Hi, I have a pre-sales question(s). I really like the lab3 pre-built website and would like to go with that style but - which page builder did you use to put it together? - can you use more than one page builder on a page as I’d like to add a basic job listing section (in a column) on page and a button carousel and Post carousel - what slider works with that theme? - is there any support if I get stuck customising the theme?

BeLab3 pre-built website been made with Muffin Builder. If you want, you can use WPBakery Page Builder along with Muffin Builder but we definitely recommend to use one builder at the same time.

The issue we have is the theme was purchased on our behalf for our site and we no longer engage with the developer. Would they have all the license keys for the plug in updates? I notice that the WP_Bakery Page Builder needs a license key or is it the same as the license key for the whole theme?
If you do not have license key, you should contact with web developer who got your key because to update plugin you need BeTheme to be in the most recent version, and theme should be registered with its license key under BeTheme > Dashboard section. If it’s done, you can update plugins from BeTheme > Install Plugins section.
We do have the license key in the section you mentioned but we cant update the theme nor the plugins (slider and WP_Bakery). The theme doesn’t update. WE get an error ” Downloading update from https://api.muffingroup.com/theme/download.php?code=cae8fac0-b799-49bc-82b2-043eba100afc… Unpacking the update… Installing the latest version… Theme update failed. An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” I thought this would automatically update everything but we cant get it work. Any suggestions?
The error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look. The message have to be send privately via contact form which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact

I notice that the license is installed, but due to server crash, I will use it on a different site on the new server. How can I cancel the license in the collapsed place !!! And that domain has the Bridge theme now !!! please fix my license. Support money is not paid for this ???
