Hi, I’d like to purchase this them but in the reviews section I noticed people suggesting to buy the pro version. I checked the Item Details section and the search function in Themforest but I can’t find any seperate PRO theme. Is this the PRO theme or do I have to buy it somewhere else. Many thanks

i mean NOT plugin. X theme provide contact form in Design Cloud. Now i downloaded contact form from Design cloud. and then i upload contact form at template manager. what is next step???
I see, thanks for clarifying. Those Design Cloud assets require that Contact Form 7 is installed and that you have a form setup. They just provide you with styling and wrapping elements around the form. Does the x theme support Urdu or Arabic fonts ? And sample website you can share.

Regretfully I don’t have an example to share, but I can confirm it will work. X integrates with Google fonts. You can use any of the fonts in that library that include Arabic characters.

How do I activate the theme? I entered my purchase code but it says it’s not linked to me themeco account. When I click activate on the message, it takes me to an FAQ’s page that doesn’t allow me to add o manage licenses. Then when I click “add license” it will only let me sign in or reset password. There’s no option to make a new account. I’ve never had to jump through so many hoops to get a theme started.
I followed every step in the instruction you sent. This is the message I recieve when I enter the license ->
“This looks like a brand new license that hasn’t been added to a Themeco account yet. Login to your existing account or register a new one to continue.”
And the direct support keeps sending me the same link with the same instructions…

hello what’s the correct size for image banners on pages?
Hi, i purchased the theme. I’m trying to create a bunch of bulk pages for my site… When I copy cornerstones output from the content editor and then input that content to generate Multi-page(s) via a bulk script, none of the generated pages show the original/any content how would i do this? for example, when i use wp bakery, I’m able to take the output from the editor and it will generate pages with different titles then I’m able to go into each page and change the content

I’m trying to work with Ethos Magazine from Design Cloud. I have 2 questions
- From demo site (https://demo.theme.co/ethos-magazine/), I can see a bunch of posts are being laid out/appeared on Home page (middle position of page). However, after I installed it into my Wordpress, I only see some posts on top of my page. What should i do?
- I want to remove the “ABOUT ETHOS” and “THE ULTIMATE THEME” text from footer. How can i do that?

For removing that text you can change your Footer content from Theme Options.
Hello. I tried putting a Section on a page, then an Image in the section, and I can’t find the setting to tell it to CENTER THE IMAGE ON THE PAGE. How do I do something as simple as get an image to center on page?

There are a few different ways to manage alignment. If you inspect the Section, Row, or Column, you can set the text alignment to center. This will center the contents of the element including the image which is a child element.
You can also inspect the Column and enable Flexbox Layout. This will provide even more control as you can use the horizontal and vertical alignment options.

Sure! We would recommend WPML as it is integrated with our page builder (Cornerstone) and supported. You should be able to use other translation plugins as well. In our experience X works great with any plugins coded to WordPress best practices.
