Hello friends,

I have a simple mistake, but I can’t solve it.

I think some of the JS files are old versions. Has anyone experienced this problem? I do not want to pay support fee for this problem.

Hi, I have some issue with Porto concept image as the bigger image do not show in Firefox. I have deactivated the cache plugin which I think was the reason but seem that it’s was not coming from this plugin. Please can you explain the reason why image are showing with IE but not showing with Firefox with Porto concept. Thanks in advance

Please do the following debugging processes one by one I am sure it will help you in solving your issues.

|.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

And if this does not work for you then purchase the support extension first and then contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check it for you because your 6 months of support period is expired from 28/01/2017. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Hello P-Themes, I would like to buy your PORTO THEME for wordpress.

I have some questions:

1- Can I add custom fonts? 2- Can I change order under product? (now I can see in your demo: category/name of product/rating with stars/price and y would like to change order and add new line with text 3- Can I change cart and login icons with other icons of fontawesome? 4- Element’s order in orizontal menu or vertical menu, it is customizable with widgets?

1. Yes, you can add your Custom Font in Theme and use it easily using Theme Options.

2. The Order of the Products based on WooCommerce setting, our Theme does not have any influence on it, so you can change the order from Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Catalog as showing below:

Another question please:

In the single product page with the “filter item list” applied (for example for colour and size of the product) – is it possible to add multiple pictures related to the filter the user decides to apply? For example, I select “black” + “M” —> then I see a black t-shirt size M in the preview? Our client sells the same product with different weights and prices (example 1-5-10 grams), and he wants to show the different packaging options once the filters are applied.

Is it possible to create this multi-filter option + preview? thanks for your support

How can I disable menu arrows? I have disabled Show Menu Arrow and Show Sub Menu Arrow In the Porto theme options—> Menu. But still i can see it in the menu items. It causes menu items over lapping when hover over the menu.

having error in google map on contact page. I am seeking for where to add API key.

I found where to add google map api key, I see there is already added an api key but that was not working so I have replaced this with an API key that is suggested in comment section: AIzaSyC4F2jctubCCH4IYNALGczTFXHnTGo2ggU. This is working properly but this has watermarks “For Development Purpose Only”

This is not the Theme issue but this is Google MAP API key issue, Google MAP API key is no more free now, please check this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/r0WC50MP
you can see the issue in browser console, and when ever you will finds the issue with Google MAP then check browser console you will find the cause of the issue then click on the link showing in console, it will take you the the description of the issue page and you can read more and all about it there, so please contact Google MAP support they will let you know all about it.

This is not possible, to activate the Theme on a site when the code already activate on your test site, you have to deactivate it from your test site first and this is the only possible way, otherwise, you have to purchase different licenses of your sites and this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

Porto WordPress is fully RTL supported, For Multilanguage you can use WPML or Polylang, so you can ask it from their support.

Sorry to say that but after downloading the Theme files you can not get the refund as there is no such policy because the product is downloadable product.

How can I put text under the pagination on a product category or a product tag page?

There is no option in the Theme Options to directly add content on the category pages or tags pages. But you can achieve it by following the steps listed below.

1. Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Blocks and create a new block.
2. Add/Write the content in the particular block as per your requirements.
3. Save the block and click on quick edit and copy the block slug name.
4. Go to  Products >> Categories and edit the particular category.
5. After editing the particular category scroll below, you will find Content Bottom option.
6. Paste the block slug name in the Content Bottom Option and save change.
7. Finally check your site after removing the browser cache.

If I put a code in the “JS Code before </head>” section for a WooCommerce product (this is under Products -> Product XYZ -> Skin Options -> General -> JS Code before </head>) and I am using the main Porto theme and not a child theme, after the main Porto theme is updated, will I lose the changes I made with this code?
