The theme is presenting problems with navigation on mobile devices. if the user use a iphone with Chrome browser, using the arrows to go back or forward for navigate, breaks the site and do not charge the page linving it blank.

Yes I have update the theme with the last update and all the plugins are updated. But my problem starts with the update of Bridge 21. I have tried to send you a request BUT my support time has finished and is impossible to send you anything!

Well you do need to transfer the complete theme to your site, as the demo features and settings will get applied this way. Transferring only the content to your existing demo will only add the content of the new demo and the styles will remain from your currently used demo.

I was interested to buy this theme but seeing the comments and test the demos about mouse scroll issue (move too fast), I change my mind and don’t want to buy it.
And I don’t like when the admin answer the buyer like this: ”...Please, note when it comes to mouse sensitivity it is not related on website you are browsing. It is something you could change in your Control Panel….bla bla.”
That is not a good answer from you. The problem is in your theme. Other theme are not like this (mouse scroll too sensitive).
You had this issue for years (I now it from the comments) and you not fixed it till now?! It’s really a big issue of UX.

We do have an option to enable or disable the smooths scroll in our Qode Options -> General which might help you achieve better experience, as well as there is way to change the scrolling speed, by modifying the file. Please try to deactivate icon packs in Qode Options>Performance:

Thanks for taking an interest, if you refer to a Portfolio list then this is possible to set your columns up to 6 where you have the settings in the Portfolio List shortcode and if you were referring to a Blog list, we do have on some pages a Masonry template which is already predefined in style and layout and you cannot change the appearance of it nor in the Masonry blog list shortcode.
