I looked at your tutorials but I did not find information for building these pages in them or in the forum. I expected to get these pages after installing the theme. give me guidelines on what to do.

Hello, you are blocking hosting provider, by firewall or by cloudflare. Hosting provier uses 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 as nameservers. Tested on the same hosting provider with different IP and works. This is their official answer. So I will move to a new dedicated server, unfortunately.

Hi,

After the last update a lot of “bad things” happened.. My logo has disappeared, a new error (404) appeared on each page (do to a new conflict with a plugin that used to work fine before), another gallery just “disappeared” when I was trying to fix the appearance from tagDiv composer… Now my whole work is just gone… Unfortunately I don’t have any back-ups (my fault, I know).. :(

A backup is very important, unforeseen issues may happen at any time. So all those happened after updating the theme. We could take a look at each of the issues that happened. The logo however can simply be set again, that shouldn’t too much trouble, if it was removed for some reason. You can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and mention details about each issue that still exists, and provide a link to the website and admin login. Include the license key in the email.

The installed theme is quite old indeed. You should strongly consider to update theme. I build some pages with tagDiv Composer but don’t using any Vimeo and Youube video on that page, but tagDiv Composer still loading those JS.

This thing i noticed after updating theme to latest version.

How i can prevent those JS from loading?

So sometimes they show, then they do not show? The theme will load the ad codes you enter, that would be all it does, then the ads should be delivered by the ad provider you use. I am using Mobile theme with AMP. I have compresses all my images using “Smush Pro”. I use CDN and also WPRocket to optimize my website. But still I see that my mobile theme is loading very slow specially.

Can I Use The My One Activation Code On Main and Subdomain Site ?

Hi,

Yes, you can do this. Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed.

Hi, It seems there is a bug with the Cloud templates for footer. You can choose one, make some modifications but once you saved it, you cannot edit anymore the template with TagDiv composer. It works fine with headers or other cloud templates. Thanks

You can edit that section from the homepage for example, where you have access for each section of the page, like Header/Main Content/Footer. This is resolved through the settings of the translation file .po . For the Russian language, the formula is simply substituted: ‪nplurals=3; plural=(n%10==1 && n%100!=11 ? 0 : n%10>=2 && n%10<=4 && (n%100<10 || n%100>=20) ? 1 : 2);

For this simple implementation, you should prepare a plugin for translation into other languages. Unfortunately, if I understand correctly, you don’t want to do this.

Still mobile theme shows error.. Don’t know what is wrong.. Paid theme, get regular updates… And now stuck in middle. And now they are saying extend support.. If you want support,... Yes we want support so don’t give rubbish updates.

Hello. Your new theme, here https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_medicine_pro/, is not allowing Featured Videos to appear inside the posts. This is a huge problem for people who have posted hundreds of videos on their sites using the “Featured Video” link feature inside of Posts. And please don’t tell me to change the Post style. You made the Medicine Pro theme’s post page so specific that changing to another post style causes loss of all the formatting that comes with the Medicine Pro theme. An update for Featured Videos already formatted to show naturally on hundreds od posts under the Medicine Pro theme is URGENT, please!!!!

Replacing the Featured Image Background section with the Single Post Featured Image element seems to have solved the problem. I hope you will update your theme at some point to make this work for all. But Thanks for saving us a big headache. We love this Medicine Pro theme. It’s one of your best designed themes for sure.

Oh, and I did want to point out that the Facebook video links are not working in this theme. I have tried using links as per your documentation suggests, but none of the versions is able to pull Facebook videos into the post page.
