For that plugin “Automatic Translation Addon for Loco Translate”, please go to WP-Dashboard >> Plugins and finds and delete the plugin from there and then again Install it with the latest version of the plugin.

1. Please edit your Home Page and you will find the Custom Heading elements set under Porto Interactive Banner elements, edit it and change anything as per your requirements as showing below:

What is the best upgrade path from 3.6.4 to now? I do not want to lose any of the layouts that are working perfectly, including menu, headers, footers, mobile menus are better in 3.6.4 then they are now. I feel I maybe missing out on bug and security fixes and perhaps a few other important updates. Already tried to do a full upgrade but that broke everything visually and I tried other methods but then you lose the same layouts that used to work perfectly. Thanks so much for any direction.

Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page. Porto WordPress latest version is fully compaitable with PHP version 7.3, Please update the Theme to the latest version, deactivate all the third party plugins and then check back after removing the browser cache.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 03/04/2020. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Would just like to ask why the changes take awhile before it gets reflected on the live site? As if there’s a cache enabled on the website (no cache plugin installed this is a fresh install). How can I make it reflect the changes right away?

It’s hard to make changes and see immediate effect.

Also, can you check header top? I already turned it off in theme options-header-show header top – but it’s still there?
