Just noticed that the top html block on my website is not showing up. Not sure what happened. Haven’t made any backend changes on my site except for theme upgrade.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, There is no such option in the Theme for it, If you want you can try it with Custom CSS, Otherwise, this is not possible.

If you are using FontAwesome Icon then you have to add the below given CSS code to your Theme with Code as well as given below:

font-family: "Font Awesome 5 Free" !important;
font-weight: 900 !important;

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 21/12/2019. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Would just like to ask why the changes take awhile before it gets reflected on the live site? As if there’s a cache enabled on the website (no cache plugin installed this is a fresh install). How can I make it reflect the changes right away?

It’s hard to make changes and see immediate effect.

Also, can you check header top? I already turned it off in theme options-header-show header top – but it’s still there?

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, There is no Option in the Theme for completly disable the Theme Options page layout, you have to choose any one from them, Otherwise, This requires customization. I have tested it in deep and finds the same issue as you reported, The Filter with the “Porto Products” Widget for Guttenberg is not working fine, I am forwarding this issue to the development department for testing it in deep and try to solve it with the upcoming updates of the Theme. Hi There, We are struggling with the pagespeed score we tried a lot of things now but it is not good, very poor to say the least—> mob 20 / desktop 50. We are using WP-Rocket. It is not a big store with a lot of products. We are trying to use only necessary plugins.

We also tried the Porto speed wizard. With little or no results. Plz your reaction.

First of all, we would like to tell you that Google very often scores with 20-40 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress.

To get more points you need to have a really light page. For example remove all sliders, carousels and leave a few banners and products only.

Then you will get a high result. But usually, our theme works very fast on mobile devices and don’t have any problems with performance.

We suggest you test it on a few mobile devices and you will see that there are no real performance problems.

Google PageSpeed gives you recommendations on how to improve the performance of your web site, but it does not actually measure the speed (aka loading time) of your website. If your site loads fast, you can safely ignore PageSpeed’s recommendations.

The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed.

But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast.

We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization.

This is clearly showing in the above links that the Speed of the site is slow because the Images have not been optimized and Compressed and because of JS and CSS has not been minified and because of the Server as well.

Porto Comes with default Speed Optimization Wizard Option, you will find under Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard, So you have to use it and Minify the JS and CSS from there as well and use any third-party plugin for Compressing and Optimizing your site Images and also use server cache as well.

Hi. It seems I am trying to change the options in the “OLD PANEL” but changes are not being reflected right away when I save the changes.

Why is that?

For example I changed the “call us contact number” using the old panel but nothing happened. It changed right away when I used the live option panel.

I am now trying to change the theme colors “primary color, etc” to match the color of the logo but it’s still RED (default)

What options are available in the OLD PANEL? It’s easier to make changes there.

You can not change the “call us contact number” from Theme Options because it is added as Custom HTML and it is coming from Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header Type >> Header Builder, so you have to change it from Header Builder which you will find under New Theme Options Panel or under Customizer as showing below:
