Since updating, I’m seeing a super ugly blue loading swipe across the screen. Where can I turn this setting off? Also, What’s everyones page speed scores, I’m getting ~45 on desktop and ~90 with twenty twenty, starting to think I should have just built a theme from scratch.

This problem was fixed. Please remove the TD Composer and reinstall it again from the Theme plugins section from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/yPBeGDXVFD0 After that, clear all of this, force with CTRL+SHIFT+R and check the results.

Good day
When I install a theme template on TagDiv Editor, I can view it as AMP in the editor (mobile view). But when I publish the post, the entry is just white, as if there is nothing in the post. On the blog posts it works fine and in the menu I have everything under AMP enabled (that it should be displayed). I have also disabled many plugins to make sure that they don’t interfere with each other. What could be the reason for that?

You can use a cloud header template https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Headers These can be customized with the composer, there is also an option for the “All” text https://prnt.sc/ss6eip so it can easily be removed if not needed. if you need help with it or you have more questions, you can always create a new topic in the theme support forum and we will try to help.

I see that there are problems using the theme properly. Are the theme requirements fulfilled? Please check – https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/ If they are and there are still issues, we could take a closer look. From what I can see that page is not built with the composer, it is built with a different page builder. So it cannot be edited with the composer. That page displays a list of posts, but I don’t understand what category would you like to display in it, the category of which post? Please create a new topic in the theme support forum and mention some more details about it.

One of the best themes I know so far but I would suggest one huge improvement if I am not wrong but it is getting flagged by Google:
The file: plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/assets/css/td_legacy_main.css
it is a huge CSS file and the issue is that almost 96% of its content is not used on the front page. I think this should be improved since it has a high impact. If I unload this CSS, my page breaks so 4% of this code seems fundamental.

Thanks for your question! Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed.

That is the mobile theme, it should be displayed only on mobile. Such issues are in most cases caused by caching, we recommend the super cache with these settings https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ If this is not possible for you, I would suggest to check if the caching plugin you use has settings for using a mobile theme.

Actually i want to put a module in my frontpage which lists last 10 articles from different authors and a page with all authors with only their latest articles. Usually some authors write every day, some authors once a week. I dont want neighter my front page nor authors page to show same authors post multiple times

You can filter each block by specific author and also limit the number of posts https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/ So there should be no problem displaying a block or more that display 10 posts from specific authors, in a page. Sorted by latest as well. The page will have no connacttion to the author page, there only the posts that belong to an author will be displayed.

The problem is i want to display 10 latest articles from different authors, not specific authors and when i sort the modules by latest, result there are often more than one articles from the same author in the top ten results.
I also want a single page with all authors with their latest articles. Is there any solution to do that without adding authors manually

Those are all the block settings available at the moment. You can add multiple author IDs in the filter if needed, and posts from all of them will be displayed https://prnt.sc/sssyua sorted by latest. You can do this for each block, in any page. These 2 elements from the composer can display authors https://prnt.sc/sst2c1 if you would like to do that. Footer Templates – After downloading a cloud footer template and save it you cannot edit it anymore in Tagdiv composer and is just text of codes/numbers.
Instead of Edit Cloud template it says Edit template. Please can you explain what is wrong and why I cannot edit a footer template using TagDiv composer?
This means every time I need to make an update to the footer I need to download the template again and re create all the settings again. Thanks

After importing it you can set it globally or for specific pages or cloud templates. Once set, you can edit that page/cloud template with the composer and there you can edit the footer template https://prnt.sc/ss5uk0 The cloud footer templates can’t be edited with the composer directly at the moment, only from where they are set. Thanks for your interest in our product but please note that our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change the font size for the posts, by the user. You can try using such a plugin with that functionality and check how it goes.

After the update, to Newspaper X tagdiv composer is causing a high cpu usage issue. I have a server with 2 virtual cpu cores, 4gb ram and 90gb storage. I used this theme to make my website faster but indeed it made it to slow
