Hi, I click Add Section as the last section (on Front Page) and click Add Wrap or Add Divider, and I choose Add Wrap and choose Tab (Tab 1 and Tab 2), after click Update and Preview it, I don’t see anything I add this one, and I look back my Page and can not found my add wrap Tab. Hello I used the Betheme for a personnal website and I decided to use it for another one. I de-registered the Betheme on the old one to register it for the new one but I still have a warning message to tell me that my licence is for the previous website. I also deleted all files from the old website. Do I need to modify it somewhere else please?

I just made a footer with Elementor and I applied the rule to display it on the whole site, as soon as I did it the header of the site made with your Theme Options (menu, action bar etc) and Slider Revolution disappeared. Is it normal that something like this happens, if I overwrite your footer with Elementor’s one, the header disappears too? Or is it possible to have one done with your builder and the other with the plugin?

Hi, I’ve installed this theme package on WordPress website www.sweetworld.cz like 6 months ago. Now I wanted to install BeTheme on new website (www.topgelato.cz) so I’ve deregistred BeTheme on sweetworld.cz, deleted database and everything from FTP. Now I can’t register the product on website www.topgelato.cz… It says “Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: sweetworld.cz”. Can you help me with that, please?

Hi there, I run into a little problem. On my page phaithoonmassage.nl I see mixed content. There is a favicoin loaded in. I allready deleted this favicoin at the media libery and uploaded a new one and plced it at the favicoin section in the betheme options but somehow the old http link is still active?

why is that most of your elements for the Elementor don’t have the style option? I mean the reason the Elementor builder is so powerful is because of the visual style editing and that is missing in your elements

when you select an element, the middle tab which lets you edit and modify the style of that element is missing.

We did not added this feature because most styles can be managed from BeTheme Options and we did not wanted to duplicate them. Also, please note that we are waiting for users suggestions and if this would be something users need, we do not see any reason why we could not add them.
Hi. How do i edit the project page for portfolio? I do not see any of the default images or text when i click edit page. When i click edit with WPBakery the default images come up but i don’t know how to use WPBakery.

single portfolio pages can be managed under Portfolio section that is located on the left side in main WP dashboard. If you do not see it, please make sure that you did not disabled it under BeTheme Options > Global > Advanced > Theme Functions section.

Trying to add media to the My Projects page through the Portfolio tab. When I click on the portfolio tab I am am to edit the thumbnails. When you click on the thumbnails it takes you too where a project or video is. I want to add media to that page but don’t know how, was only able to edit the thumbnails. And I was also asking if I can add a YouTube link to one of those windows after clicking on the thumbnail.
Maybe it would be easier if you can provide screenshots/video of what you would like to do because we still do not understand what you would like to do exactly.
your latest update has added a new css rule ( box-sizing: inherit;) which messes up all the content that i have already created , is there a way to disable it on the entire website.

ok, apparently I was wrong.. the single product page is ok becuse of this style:
.single-product #Top_bar{background-color: #150001 !important;}
if I remove it even with the code you gave me it is not working anymore, other pages are not working at all. I’ve tried to create single cssforeach page like this ones:
.woocommerce-page #topbar{ background-color: #150001 !important;} .woocommerce-cart #topbar { background-color: #150001 !important; } but for some reasons they are not working.

Dear betheme crew, i need your help. Maybe you have a solution for my project. It is about the vertical menu “Creative: Always Open”.
One of the menupoint is longer then the menu area.
So this menupoint needs 2 breaks.
I used
by creating the menupoint under design -> menu.
So my problem is, the distance of all menupoints and the menupoint in 3 lines is the same. I need the line-height of the menupoints in 3 lines shorter.
Maybe like this:
Home
Menupoint 1
Menupoint with long text
Menupoint 2
So the line-height of the “Menupoint with long text” is smaller then the distance of the separate meneupoint.
Do you have a solution for it?
