Hi Guys I bought this theme a long time ago, but never used it, saving it for some new projects. I’ve started to use it 2 days ago. Pretty much straight forward and working ok. Still, I’d like to install some bits and pieces of Pre-built websites, but this section doesn’t even appear in my BeTheme menu. Moreover, trying to access the forum, I can’t even register to see your answers, as my support expired ages ago. Still, I’m not talking about opening a ticket, just look a the support forum, which is a basic feature. So in the end, how can I import Pre-built site with expired support ? thanks for your feedback cheers

Yes, maximum value is 1240px. Unfortunately, you can not reach larger value because it would be necessary to customise lots of theme files.

Hello, this is how posts from Category A and Category B display.
Some of posts are listed in two categories and these are the posts I would like to display.
How do I do it?
According to above item, you can mark category IDs you would like to display but not the posts that belongs to 2 categories.
I can not figure out how to get the “header builder” style option? I need to be able to change the font type, color etc.

to change options for specific items/elements in Header Builder, you have to click on pencil icon that is located in the right top corner of the item.

what you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don’t know how, you should contact with your web developer. The policy says:

For customization services that will help you tailor the item to your specific requirements, we recommend contacting the author to see if they privately offer paid customisation services or checking out the great service providers on Envato Studio.
P.S. BeTheme files that are responsible for WooCommerce, you will find under /betheme/woocommerce/ folder.

you can use same license for unlimited number of sub-domains but the whole trick is that you have to register license for main domain first and only then, you can register same license/key for its sub-domains.
But, if you do not want to install theme under main domain and only sub-domains, you have to de-register license from the previous sub-domain and register on a new one. For that, or you can use https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ or BeTheme > Dashboard if theme is still installed under the sub-domain where from you would like to de-register license.

From what we can see, Blog Slider looks great. We did not noticed anything unusual thus not sure how you would like to change slider width and height.

Hello. After the latest theme update, the image gallery doesn’t appear in columns. The gallery was set as the column item which contains the following [gallery size=”medium” columns=”5” link=”file” ids=”3116,3117,2247,2248,2249”] Now, all of the images appear enlarged and one below another. The same happens when I set the gallery item and choose the option of 5 columns. Thank you.

I have purchase a new license on 7th JUNE for my new site -

I point my domain to this IP address….
Both same – to verify, please go to CMD > ping cetghy.in it will show the same ip… please help.

according to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.
