Pre-order question: I’ve heard good things of your theme and muffin builder. Current situation: We have a WP site and would like to migrate into Betheme and muffin builder. We have est. 10000 pages.
The problem is, that we currently use plugins/shortcodes for tabs, accordians, sliders, etc. on the pages/posts, and would like to migrate these into the muffin builder equivalents automatically (since we do have a lot of pages) Is this possible? Do you have any guidelines? Is it possible to buy support for this process?

if plugins are written according to WP API, they should work after migration to BeTheme but please notice that because we can not be responsible for 3rd party plugins, we can not guarantee it would work flawless. Hello team, I had a question regarding mobile responsiveness. I am using banner image for the main image at the top and have read others questions regarding the responsiveness, it is responding fine on desktop but not on mobile. Hi, the rev slider was showing me to update to 6.2.6 from 6.2.2 when i clicked update it failed and showing this message The package could not be installed. The package contains no files. Plugin update failed. Help needed

The same problem as p3pper over 3 years ago.
After I use a number of elements/ sections/ wraps … it doesn’t let me add anymore. It also deletes the last section. Is there a limit to the number of sections / elements I can use? How can I fix this? Design – builder2

Hi Guys I bought this theme a long time ago, but never used it, saving it for some new projects. I’ve started to use it 2 days ago. Pretty much straight forward and working ok. Still, I’d like to install some bits and pieces of Pre-built websites, but this section doesn’t even appear in my BeTheme menu. Moreover, trying to access the forum, I can’t even register to see your answers, as my support expired ages ago. Still, I’m not talking about opening a ticket, just look a the support forum, which is a basic feature. So in the end, how can I import Pre-built site with expired support ? thanks for your feedback cheers

Yes, maximum value is 1240px. Unfortunately, you can not reach larger value because it would be necessary to customise lots of theme files.

Hello, this is how posts from Category A and Category B display.
Some of posts are listed in two categories and these are the posts I would like to display.
How do I do it?
According to above item, you can mark category IDs you would like to display but not the posts that belongs to 2 categories.
I can not figure out how to get the “header builder” style option? I need to be able to change the font type, color etc.

what you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don’t know how, you should contact with your web developer. The policy says:

For customization services that will help you tailor the item to your specific requirements, we recommend contacting the author to see if they privately offer paid customisation services or checking out the great service providers on Envato Studio.
P.S. BeTheme files that are responsible for WooCommerce, you will find under /betheme/woocommerce/ folder.

pls kindly inform how to installed betheme on new subdomain because before I have installed betheme in subdomain wp_suksesmulia.com but that subdomain is already deleted and now I want to installed in new subdomain but there is “Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: wp_.suksesmuliasejahtera.com”..so pls inform

you can use same license for unlimited number of sub-domains but the whole trick is that you have to register license for main domain first and only then, you can register same license/key for its sub-domains.
But, if you do not want to install theme under main domain and only sub-domains, you have to de-register license from the previous sub-domain and register on a new one. For that, or you can use https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ or BeTheme > Dashboard if theme is still installed under the sub-domain where from you would like to de-register license.
