Please deactivate all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the browser cache, if the issue will not solve then please make sure that you have also updated all the Theme required/recommended plugins as well and if not then please update and check back and also check that the WooCommerce database has been updated too, Otherwise, please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check and solve it for you.

There is no option to set the links for those in Mini Cart, This is by default take you to the Cart page when you click on view cart and also take you to the checkout page when you click on check out button, This is how it works, and if it is not working for you then it must be any third party plugin confliction or the cache issue, please do the below listed following debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in solving your issue.

You have a ssl issue on “Show pointer arrow” on the call to action feature. When activate the page become not secure (image is on http). I just disable the option and the page become secure. I love this feature, so let me know when is an update

Why on the Gallery does the direction tab face the wrong direction? Why is there not an option to reverse the gallery images direction? I want to be able to load my images for my gallery and scroll through using the arrow tabs, but for some reason the image nav arrow only gives the “Previous” arrow and not the next arrow on the first image – this does not make sense. Is this a design fault?

Please be patience, This does not have any major affect regarding security and I already forwerded this to the development team and they are working on it soon you will find the new Theme update and you can contact your hosting provider for security reasons, 90% of the times, the security of the site breaches from ports of ip’s etc and that can be handeled by hosting provider, OR if you are in hurry then you can try with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements.

There are two ways, First One is the default FAQ’s page the Theme provides, and the second one is you have to create your own page as FAQ’s and use Porto FAQ element in it.

You have to download the complete zip format file of the font from Google and then upload it from Porto >> Theme Options >> Font Control, save changes and then you will find it under Porto >> Theme Options >> Typography for using it on your site, Remember the file must be complete and zip format file which you will upload otherwise, it will not work for you.

When I import a demo (only theme options and resets) and then I try to change header’s colors in the customizer in the preview the colors change but when I save in the website the colors still being the default import colors. How can I achieve this change?

Thanks for your reply. I have two licenses but i can not renew it right now due to pandemic issues. I have installed the plugin and it works like what it explain but the main problem with EVENTS type is that they don’t Sort based on Published/Update/Order date, rather they Sort based on Events date which may be a Custom field inside every events.
In VC element of Porto Event, there are options like Default, Next, Upcoming, Past type. I am using PAST to show all events listing. but it shows from old events dates first to new event dates at last.

OK, I have just tested it again on my test site as you explained, This works as on date of the Event, It shows the event at very top which has the dates are upcoming nearer and shows the event at last which has the date at very last. This is how it works, Please check it again.

No, You can not, You can only Customize the Theme Core files in Child Theme not the plugin, for plugin Customization you have to use the Custom Code Functions to work with Child Theme, and for that I suggest you to contact our Customization team for it.

No, Sorry to say that but we have not tested the Theme with Divi page builder so we are not able to provide you any info on it, Porto WordPress is fully compatible with WP Bakery, Elementor, and Gutenberg plugin you can use any one and all are included in the Theme Package as well.
