Hello, I suddenly can’t add extra information at a testimonial such as the job title of the person giving the testimonial. It does show the extra field ‘insight_testimonial_options’, but with every new testimonial I can’t add a value to this. It just says this automatically: a:4:{s:7:”subject”;s:0:””;s:7:”by_line”;s:0:””;s:3:”url”;s:0:””;s:6:”rating”;s:0:””;}.

Older testimonials from 3 weeks ago (when it did work) still shows the job title in the frontend, but isn’t adjustable anymore in the backend. I have turned off all the plugins I’ve installed, but it doesn’t fix it. Is there a bug in the theme or anything?

Its version 1.9.7 has a bug that was not corrected even in version 1.9.8 from what I just saw. This bug generates conflic blocks that are not loaded and are left blank. I am a developer and engineer, the bug occurs only with version 1.9.7, it is not a problem of hosting, server, cache, cloudflare, etc.

Hello! Love the theme, but I have one quick question which I can’t figure out.

I have a custom made portfolio page, but If the url of the page is /portfolio the page only shows the predefined portfolio page instead of the page I build with WP Bakery. If I change the url to /portfolio-2, the page I designed is shown. How can I turn this off?

How do I change the Pre-loader to a Custom “GIF” image?

Customize > Advanced > Pre Loader only has the option to change to a style from a dropdown.

I tried ”.site-header { max-width: 1200px !important; }”. But doesn’t restrict to 1200px?

I just want to restrict the header #2 to be only 1200PX in width to match the rest of the site, but I can’t get the results without using boxed header, when I do that, everything becomes restricted down to 1200px and my sections are boxed which I don’t want. I just want the header to also be restricted by the width size restriction. Or any way I can do this on the Brooke theme?

I want to limit the width on only the header, what CSS would I enter to do this on your theme. I am working with the company that has this theme installed by a previous developer who used Brook. I want to restrict the width using the header 2, however the width control under customizer refuses to restrict heater and footer elements. It just extends out to sides indeffentely. Any help would be awesome!

Hello, when the new version of Slider Revolution (6.2.2) is installed, the WPBakery effect Wavify is not displayed. It worked in the old version 6.1.5 of Slider Revolution. Is there a solution for this? Or do we have to contact the developers of these plugins? Thank you, kind regards

Hi, thank you for this theme that I love! However, there is a problem with the filters in the WPBackery portfolio element. When you fill in the categories in “Filter By”, the categories appear in the filter with their Slug instead of appearing with their name.

Can you tell me how to show categories by name and not by slug?
