We do have a floating (sticky header) option in our theme however something exactly similar is not a possibility right now, we are soon releasing our next version of theme that is 7.0 and it will have the option where you can create your own custom headers

The variation images definitely work in our theme without any issues, please make sure that the product is set as variable already, also try disabling your 3rd party plugins and check again with the issue, if however it persists please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi, I did see the variation thumbnail image on product page, but when click one variation image (for example one specific color), the image won’t display in the image zoom. I have found many users also found this issue in some forum and website and solved when disable Avada theme, so I believe it would be some fix with the theme.

Hello—trying to figure out how to clear up the problem of anchors and having them land in a proper spot. As it is the target anchor gets hidden by the static header. I’ve tried adding this CSS to each corresponding container, but it didn’t work.

Hi,
Please use our own anchor scrolling method here as that’ll avoid the header overlay / wrong position issue when an anchor link is clicked. It’ll also give you a nice and smooth scroll to the destination area.

Hi Abbas—Yes I have tried the ‘Name Of Menu Anchor’ Option In Containers and Menu Anchor Element methods, but neither worked. (The second option might, but the padding on the Menu Anchor element would be too large.) I am trying to use an icon for a link to the anchor. Could that make a difference?

When you say AR, are you referring to Augmented Reality? I’m afraid we don’t have such a feature right now. In the Button element/shortcode, we do support icons but custom images are not supported I’m afraid.

Hi, yes augmented reality sorry. I have a USDZ file uploaded and linked to a button (it opens on iOS as expected). is there a way to see a library of icons available to use? the button is in a fusion slider so makes things a little trickier. If it’s possible I would be happy to take out 6 months more support to get the help

You should be able use all the available FontAwesome icons, secondly since you are manually linking this you should be able to use any image of your choice without any issues.

Hi! Love this theme! I bought this many years ago and at one point, the client was unable to afford renewals for hosting and domains. Recently, we bought another domain and transferred everything over, made all the updates. Obviously, there’s some editing to be done as it’s been a few years. Most everything is fixable but I am having major issues with portfolio which is not displaying the 6 featured images set in the page. Also, the main portfolio page is not displaying the portfolio at all. I appreciate any help you can provide to help me re-launch this site. It is currently not accessible to the public but I’d be happy to provide correct links to avada staff. Cheers! Griffin

If this is something that broke after the transfer – then I’d recommend retrying the transfer with the popular Duplicator plugin. That gives you a single export file that you can re-import on the destination site/installation and avoids such issues.
I’d recommend testing with the parent Avada theme and disable all extra plugins besides our fusion plugins to see if that helps.

Hi Abbas, It seemed to work fairly fine after the transfer but… it was very outdated and it’s after the updates that it all went wrong so I’m thinking it’s a settings things perhaps.

If you updated from version 3 or 4 of Avada, those require a stepped update method as guided below. Updating straight to the latest version can lead to issues as those versions are several years old.

For this, you can setup a Theme Builder Layout for just Events archive pages where you can override/customize the Title bar to have a different word show there.

Thanks for your reply. I have been using the amazing Theme Builder options with great success. However, for this particular problem it would be a lot more work than we would really need/want to do. Surely it is possible to amend where the word Archive comes from in the source code?

Hi, I was wonder will any of the updates ever include Variation product swatches for color and Size (text) that is not only accessible through drop-down menu? I like the option of seeing color swatches and Sizes list across the page. Thank you.

Right now we don’t have such a feature in the pipeline but you can already add swatches to your products using one of the many 3rd party WooCommerce plugins for this (there are free versions out there as well).

I am looking at https://avada.theme-fusion.com/hotel/ but was wondering is it possible to have the main page image only load to a certain size that would allow the main text to be higher up – where it says “welcome to Avada Hotel – Relaxing Pleasure” instead of it scrolling up as you scroll down.

We can certainly decrease the height of the slider to a custom height. Currently the slider is set to be full screen and so it would occupy the full height. A custom height can be defined via the slider options to have a smaller height

Seems to have some responsive issues. 24” screen 1920×1080 or 1920×1200 the top menu on the home-garden don’t resize and therefore has a scroll bar at bottom for left to right

In woocommerce option; Please add: WooCommerce Number of Product Columns in mobile option, because currently in small window/mobile we got only one column.

I would like to know how to have the featured image changed so when you share the site you have a specific picture showing on socials instead of the logo. I have added a Featured image on the wordpress homepage however i dont want the featured image showing on the actual live page only when you share the page for this to be the automatic main image – hope that makes sense.

Hello, I´m doing a research before accepting a job about e-commerce via Avada and WooCommerce.
I have a series of products (lens) divided per category (standard and colored lens) and sub categories (astigmatism, myopia, etc), but each subcategory must obey a different set of specifications which shall be provided by the user via forms (informed degree, axis degree, etc.), how does it can be done using Avada? Is it too hard to be executed or can I pull this off also without coding knowledge?
