Hello, I’ve purchased the WP Bridge multipurpose theme and successfully installed on my local webserver. I am unable to register the theme using the purchased code and the email, when I click on “Register Theme” button it gets stuck with a message “please wait” and then it does nothing ….

If you have purchased our Bridge theme you can update the Bridge theme by following our guidance here, however if you wish to switch themes then you should be aware that it is a different theme, even if it is developed by us the fields, custom post types and shortcodes are differently registered. Thank you for replying. I saw the video, but unfortunately it didn’t solve the problem. I already tried loco translate, say what and even poedit as I mentioned above, but no use, that’s why I am asking for help. Concerning sending a request at your help center, my support just expired so I can’t send a request. I don’t blame you if you won’t help, it is your right, but I just thought you might make an exception for a customer who bought three license and didn’t ask for support except once. I have three critical issues in this theme which I can’t find a solution for, while it can be easily solved by your team.
