First of all, please note that Gravity Form is a 3rd party plugin which is not recommended by our theme. We are using Contact Form 7. When it comes to 3rd party plugins, you have to understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality.

Hi, I am planning on buying another license of the Bridge theme for a new client project.
The client needs the website to be FULLY created in Arabic (RTL) and not have English.
Is this something we can do with the Bridge theme? If yes, plz advise how.

It would be great if all the bridge code meta boxes for posts could have filters for the post types they can be seen on so that we can add them to our custom post types. Is this something that could be added to the theme? We were able to do it for some but not all.

We want to add bridge’s Qode metaboxes to our custom post types so that we can leverage them. Some of your metaboxes have filters, some dont. Can we have all of them be extendable to custom post types?

Not really sure if this is entirely possible because we don’t know where are your CPTs coming from. In case they’re coming from some 3rd party plugin it would require some sort of merging with our own Bridge Core plugin and if they’re coming from the theme it would require extension of the theme and/or Bridge Core plugin. In either way it would be too complicated to achieve this for a non-experienced developer and unfortunately we’re not in a position to help you out with this because it would go beyond the support scope we can provide.

This site looks amazing on some browsers and absolutely horrific on others. Why is this? How do I get it to be responsive the SAME WAY across all platforms? The sponsor page on one browser lines the sponsor logos horizontally as it should on my tablet and iphone and desktop, yet on others, it lines vertically with one logo on the left side of the page and then big white space to the right. Please advise.

Other problem which I have that when the home page load among all the elements there is a native element of the bridge theme – logo. I removed it from the repertoire because it constantly gave an error. Now it is gone, but the error is there.

I am having issues with the responsiveness. Mobile is working but am having issues with menu items overlapping over right button header elements when the screen isn’t large enough. I have been unable to find the setting in the qode options.

I recently created a test website and registered the Bridge theme to install demo content. I then had to delete the website and install it again due to an error when importing. When I tried to register the theme again it said I couldn’t as it was already registered with another domain. How can I work around this if I deleted the original test site?

As you may know Google Maps API key is not free anymore, so you need to enable billing in your account, as suggested by the console error you’re having “Geocoding Service: You must enable Billing on the Google Cloud Project at https://console.cloud.google.com/project/_/billing/enable Learn more at https://developers.google.com/maps/gmp-get-started" After you do that, you need to go to Qode Options > General > Google API key and insert your key there.
