Hello, I’ma having several issues on video background with Safari (both IOS and OS versions). The video doesn’t appear at all. No problems with Chrome, Firefox and other browsers on WIN and Mac.

I left you the two links of two pages in which I tried different compressions of the video itself.

Videos can auto-play on desktop but why can you not get them to auto-play on mobile websites when the page loads? The answer is that the different OS developers intentionally disabled auto-play on mobile devices in order to protect user’s bandwidth.

In Safari on iOS (for all devices, including iPad), where the user may be on a cellular network and be charged per data unit, preload and auto-play are disabled. No data is loaded until the user initiates it. Auto-play is disabled to prevent unsolicited cellular download. iOS not only prevents auto-play but also preloading the video until the user initiates it. Android has disabled auto-play in versions 4.1+.

For a slideshow, I am trying to insert more than one Featured Image in Portfolio, but only one image can insert. Anyone can help?

Please go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and Install and Activate the Featured Product Image plugin from there and then go to Portfolio and edit it and check, you will find more options to insert images as well.

We decide to change site from wpbakery to elementor.we install fresh wordpress and activate both elementor and wpbakery and import shop8(elementor) and after import demo we deactivate wpbakery but homepage style doesnt like demo.

2. Please go to Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product and scroll below, you will find the content-bottom option and a block slug name set under it as showing below:

It means the particular section is coming from Blocks, so you have to go to blocks and finds and edit the particular block and change anything from there as per your requirements.

No, Sorry to say that but this is not possible, It only opens on click and this is the default functionality of the Theme you can not change it because there is no such option in the Theme for it, This requires Customization.

Porto WordPress is fully compatible and based on WooCommerce for store functionality but we have not tested the WP Easycart with our Theme yet officially so we are unable to suggest you on it If you want you can try it with the Theme and if found any issue then that must be solved by the plugin Author or you can contact our Customization team for paid Customization services for making the Theme compatible with that third party plugin.

Hello, I purchased the theme but it won’t let me activate the license because it says my IP has been blocked as spam. I’m not sure why that even matters just to activate my license and install a theme demo… This is costing me valuable time, please address it.

porto Stylesheet is missing., Keep receiving this message

Missing style sheet error when installing the theme:

A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix..

OR

Extract the Theme downloadable package on your PC and then go to Theme Files Folder and you will find porto.zip, this is the actual Theme file and then you have to follow this video:

Please reset your WordPress and then Install the Theme first and then Install and Activate all the Theme required/recommended plugins from Appearance >> Install Plugins, and deactivate the Elementor Pro plugin, then go to Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Demo Import and Import any Elementor Demo on your site as per your requirements and then deactivate the WP Bakery plugin and check back your site after removing the browser cache.
