And for your kind information we have changed the the Porto InterActive Banner Element as Porto Banner and also we have used Porto Ultimate Content Box element for creating the slider as previously was Porto InterActive Banner.

“my account” is coming from WooCommerce and our Theme does not have any influence on it, you can find the “my account” page setting under WP-Dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Setting >> Account’s & Privacy and also you can read the below-given articles as well.

Please go to WP-Dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Setting >> Account’s & Privacy and check yes below given both options and then check your site after removing the browser cache.
1. Allow customers to create an account during checkout
2. Allow customers to create an account on the "My account" page

Our theme is one of the most optimized on the market. In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources.
Porto has optimized HTML, combined JS scripts, minified CSS, has style.css generator, conforms all the coding standards from WordPress (and it is checked and confirmed by Envato reviewers while uploading our theme to the market). We are always working on improving our theme’s speed and listen to all our customers’ reports. We release updates every 3-5 weeks so if any performance problems are reported they will be fixed asap.
Porto Comes with default Speed Optimization Wizard Option, you will find under Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard, So you have to use it and Minify the JS and CSS from there as well and use any third-party plugin for Compressing and Optimizing your site Images and also use server cache as well.

Hi, thanks for the great theme, we are having an issue showing with wishlist icon on the product images, please see https://tinyurl.com/y7q39b53 when you scroll over the image, the wishlist icon is not displaying, can you offer any advice? We cannot update the theme as this breaks the advanced options we have added. I will be purchasing two new licenses for the two sites we have under construction over the next week so would appreciate your assistance.

This is because you are using old version of the Theme and Plugins, You have to update the WP, Theme and Plugins and your issue will automatically solve.

Hello, I’ma having several issues on video background with Safari (both IOS and OS versions). The video doesn’t appear at all. No problems with Chrome, Firefox and other browsers on WIN and Mac.

Videos can auto-play on desktop but why can you not get them to auto-play on mobile websites when the page loads? The answer is that the different OS developers intentionally disabled auto-play on mobile devices in order to protect user’s bandwidth.
In Safari on iOS (for all devices, including iPad), where the user may be on a cellular network and be charged per data unit, preload and auto-play are disabled. No data is loaded until the user initiates it. Auto-play is disabled to prevent unsolicited cellular download. iOS not only prevents auto-play but also preloading the video until the user initiates it. Android has disabled auto-play in versions 4.1+.

2. Please go to Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product and scroll below, you will find the content-bottom option and a block slug name set under it as showing below:
It means the particular section is coming from Blocks, so you have to go to blocks and finds and edit the particular block and change anything from there as per your requirements.

Porto WordPress is fully compatible and based on WooCommerce for store functionality but we have not tested the WP Easycart with our Theme yet officially so we are unable to suggest you on it If you want you can try it with the Theme and if found any issue then that must be solved by the plugin Author or you can contact our Customization team for paid Customization services for making the Theme compatible with that third party plugin.
