Thank you for using our theme! Unfortunately, this functionality can be added only if you will use the Single Cloud Template. This functionality is not available without using our Cloud Templates. As a hint, please note that you can set up a single template for all of your posts, to replace the default one.

Single Cloud Template not working properly many time try. side bar issue ads issue or many issue with Single Cloud Template. and we need to add Infinite Scroll.
Every Time you say submit your ticket. this is not proper solution. we also try plugin for Infinite Scroll but not working with DEFAULT SITE POST TEMPLATE.
if possible add Infinite Scroll in DEFAULT SITE POST TEMPLATE. and mobile theme or amp page. this is very useful for all users.

As it is now infinite load can be activated only for cloud post templates, maybe this will change in the future, can’t say for sure. The post templates from the standard pack cannot have infinite load. Sorry for the inconvenience.

just bought this template and completely regretting it to be honest, I can’t even change the picture on the hero header! it keep reporting this error message Invalid data Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

I feel sorry if you are facing some problems with our theme! Do you have installed the WPBakery Plugin? If yes, please disable it because we do not recommend using more than one-page builder at the same time because it might appear some conflicts. We strongly recommend using only the TD Composer as a page builder if you want to achieve a better theme performance.

We are sorry about that but please note that Instagram has changed their API -> https://www.instagram.com/developer/ and that’s why the widget is not working well. I have added this to our list of improvements/fixes and we hope to fix it as soon as possible and we consider to include this fix in our future updates.

I just wanted to ask, when I activate the top bar (which works fine), it’s white and if I’m not mistaken, it’s supposed to be black? I mean, is there an option I’m passing without my knowledge? The top bar is supposed to be black, right?

By default the Top Bar should have to be black but please note that you can use the Header manager and create your own Header Template which allows you to edit and customize that section as you wish. I can’t seem to remove the social share icons before and after single posts. I tried to hide these via the social sharing section on theme panel but they still show.
If you suggest I clear cache, I’m not sure how this is done?
Can you help me remove/hide these social icons before the posts.

If you are using the Single Cloud Template for your posts, please note that all of the changes should have to be made inside of it because the Cloud will overwrite all of the theme panel settings. Also, if you want to display some different images according to the category used, I strongly suggest you create a Category Template for each category and add any image and element you want through it. hello
I’m trying to add non-adsense ads but the banner ads are not showing up on any of the sections. I have tried multiple ads/banners.
I followed this article but still no luck. https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/Edited the link and the image location within the div tags but the ads still aren’t showing up.
Does it take time to show up or should show immediately? Do I have to enable ads anywhere?

I am just wondering if you have a template or any options to make the featured images for posts appearing on pages like Category pages or post modules to be in SQUARE format. I run a music website so a lot of what we feature is album covers so would be amazing to be able to do that somehow… here is my Category page right now, i’d love to transfer over my site to Newspaper X.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have such an option that allows you to separate categories and subcategories from the Mega Menu. This is the default functionality of the theme and we may develop this a little more in the future, but we can’t say for sure.

Are you supporting RTL? My website language is Arabic, That means the direction will be (right to left). And if not, will it be easy if I purchase it and change the direction to RTL?

Also, please note that it is not an easy task to rewrite all the theme’s functionality including the core page builder and required plugins to make it RTL; this means that the theme might be affected and we cannot provide support for this. Hello,
I have been using Newspaper for the past 2 years and I really love the design and stuff but I have run into some issues.
1. I cannot update the theme without breaking my site.(I checked my Cpanel and contacted my Hosting service and they told me its 100% something with the theme)
2. I got a designer to make slight changes to Newspaper 9 that allowed the dates on articles to show as Last edited instead of the first release date. Is this feature in Newspaper 10? I think the slight changes might be causing me issues with the update.
3. my WPBakery Visual Composer runs on an ages old version since I have NEVER been able to update it which now means I cannot update PHP. I have tried time and time again to get help from you guys to fix this(back when i also have support license which is why I won’t pay for support again). But I was never able to get any help with this.

1)Please note that we strongly recommend making a full backup before each theme update. It matters a lot what version you updated. if you have updated a very old theme, then your site may be compromised and that’s why you need to make a full backup and then redesign it. 2)All of the additional customizations might affect the main theme functionality if all of these were not correctly made. 3)Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in infrmation and Cpanel access so I can take a closer look over the section with the NAVER.
