can i uninstall dokan if i dont need the multi-vendor ability? will it affect any other aspects of the site?
I bought this theme and honestly its below my expectation. Support takes like two days and the coding is extremely heavy and not good. In summary, it is way below my expectation, especially for that amount. I intend to work with Elementor and I am sorry to say, its a complete mess.. I would not want to give a bad review, that might have a negative effective on our business, however, i will like to humbly request that you revoke my license and refund me.

Hi, there seems to be an issue with my Woocommerce. It is not displaying the images of the products when I change the variation. Like if I select color then size the picture disappears. I have added the relevant picture to each variation so it is not that. TY
The woocommerce issue is also happening with the themes demo products, so there is a conflict/error somewhere.

Regarding the customize options, It is not disappeared, you just hide it and you can easily take it back again, Now if you hover over Porto you will find (Theme Options) and (Advanced Options) right, So if you click on Theme Options it will take you to the Live Theme Options Panel as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/IhNS4ld.png and under Live Theme Options Panel, you will find all the Theme Options, and If you go to Advanced Options, you will find only a Couple of Options as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/IhNSSiI.png that is all, the customize options are not disappeared but only changed its places, But if you do not like this you can simply change it to the old Theme Options by clicking on the old panel button as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/IhNV6gj.png Then all of the Theme Options will again come back as old Theme Options and the Advanced Options will disappear as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/IhNVJZD.png and now if you want the Live Theme Options back again then you can simply switch it by clicking on the Live options as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/IhNWdHP.png This is how it workes, Hope its all clear now.
Due to copyright issues I had to slightly change my domain name. Can I transfer the Porto license to the new domain? The site hasn’t changed at all, but the domain has changed. The old domain is now parked on the new one, so I can’t “deactivate” the license on the old domain. thank you

There is no such issue with the Theme and Gravity Forms works fine with the Theme for many of our customers, Gravity Forms is not included in the third party plugins compatible list confirmed from our end.
Although I’ll forward this to the development department for testing it in deep with future upcoming updates of the Theme.
For now, contact Gravity Form support and ask to solve the issue for you.

1- I would like to have Logo in side-nav-panel in Mobile Menu. How can I do? 2- I’m using, side main menu, in left side. When I run my website in small laptop, like 11” or 13”, bottom header with “CALL US …” it’s cut or hiden. Menu doesn’t seem to fit. 3- It seems that in mobile devices it does not load fonts, like in desktop. 4- Product images are blurry, they look great just with ZOOM EFFECT in single page product. 1. Sorry to say that but this is not possible, there is no setting in the Theme for changing the Logo from Main Header to SidePanel of the Mobile, This requires Customization.
2. Ok, For that, please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check back your site after removing the browser cache of the devices having 11” and 13” screen resolutions, it will solve your issue.

This is the default functionality of the WooCommerce new version as it does not provide the option to set height for the product image. it automatically resizes the image based on its width you set.
And some of the product layouts are default Theme layouts with the huge size of images, those will only be altered via Customization, You can change the default layout setting using WooCommerce setting.

Please do the following debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in solving your issue, and if the issue presist after this then please take the complete backup of your site and contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details and the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plugins and on site customization as well so that we will check/debug and solve the issue for you on your site.
|. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, because the Parent Menu Item is also linked with any page, So when you click/tap on the Parent Menu Item it will take you to the particular page with which it is linked, So you can not set it as for open the Child Menu/Sub Menu Items or open all the menu items by default when clicked on mobile hamburger, This requires Customization and if you want our paid Customization services you can contact our Customization team as well.

1. You can add the Custom Font to the Theme from Porto >> Theme Options >> Font Control, and then you will be able to use that font from Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Typography as per your requirements.
Note: The font file which you will be upload must be the (zip) format and the complete file, otherwise it will not work.

This requires MultiVendor plugin like Dokan, Dokan plugin comes with the Theme package and you can Install it from Appearance >> Install Plugins and follow the below given Dokan doc:

I was able ti fix the issue. For some reason, removing the images and adding them back fixed the problem. Disregard last comment.
